Rachel TAll was great but I don’t understand how you go there and then expected to call for appt? Doesn’t make sense to me.
Samuel GCommunicate with your customers and update the Uhaul website to accurately reflect what services and equipment is available. This location wasted valuable time on the day of my move because I setup an at the counter pick-up rather than after hours. I have had issues with after hours pickups in the past and wanted to avoid it. However, there is no staff at this location and they do not pick up their phone or call you back. Of the website had not given me an in person pick-up I would have scheduled it earlier. After 20 mins of waiting and calling Uhaul I found out none of the equipment (blankets, furniture dolly, or hand truck) available. After wasting my time, if I needed these items I'd now have to waste even more time to find another location that actually had what I needed. The lack of coordination and communication between Uhaul (website), and this location is infuriating. Neither uhaul or this location valued my time. I won't be going back.
Robert GNot a damn thing. The trailer I rented was insufficiently inspected prior to my taking it from the lot by the UHaul dealer and I was unable to use it for approximately 2 hours of my 24 hour rental waiting on repairs. Then, when I returned the trailer, the female employee of the lot cussed at me, my son and his friend.

Sean WHow about having personnel on hand to hook up due condition walk around test lights lift at 75 pound tongue and put it on your hitch ball for you like all other U-Haul are supposed to do. I would not recommend this location if it was the last U-Haul facility on the planet. I have lodged two complaints one for Pickup and one for drop off at the Poor service what do I mean Poor service? There’s no service they were closed during normal business hours in the middle of the week for a pick up. Do not rent from this place he will not be happy .

Fernando TI rented a u- haul truck 17' obviously I needed a dolly.I rented one and when I picked up the truck the lady at the front desk said that she did not have a dolly for me.She told me that she mainly runs the storage side and not really the trucks,whatever that means.I have rented from u-haul exclusively and this was a first for me.It must have been hard for her to help the line at the desk while holding her baby and her other children were talking to here while she was working.I will take my business with another company moving forward.

Ashley RCalled office the morning of expected drop off to make arrangements. Employee answered phone with “hello” instead of the customary business name. Office not open yet employee had to go get office keys. We arrived later than time given to allow for the opening, employee was just getting there. Business was set up for u-haul storage but unclear where to park trailer. We have rented several times in the past and have always had assistance unhooking trailer. Had no assistant to help. This was not the employee’s fault as she was pregnant but does need help in that area. She did allow me to wash my hands after I disconnected the trailer. Overall opinion, I would not use this location again nor would I recommend it to others.
Alan LI was double charged for my rental and no one will answer the phone or correct this mistake. I have rented four times from four different locations from UHaul in the past couple of months and this is the only time I have been double charged. The location in Tomball off of Hirschfield had a crooked feel to it from the start. And that is exactly what I got. I was told to have it turned in that night without any access to the gate. Was told to call the number on the receipt but no answer. Early the next morning the same thing. I parked the trailer out front at 7:00 am so I would not be late for work and was double charged. It was obvious the reason why I was not given access to the gate. It was a scam. I compared it to the scams that the old Blockbusters use to run. Don't go to that location.

Paul MI had a nice and pleasant experience. I didn’t run into any issues even though I was late to pick up uhaul. Definitely recommend to anyone.

JANA SIt was horrible. The Uhaul sales guy scratched the paint on my car door bc he opened it when it was on the trailer. He was incompetent and not helpful at all. Your app to do self checkout didn’t work. The Uhaul guy said his system didn’t work, so I didn’t sign anything or get to log damages or fuel level. He did it all after I was gone. I did not feel comfortable with that but after spending an hour and a half there I needed to go. It was absolutely horrible.
