I read the other comments on this location and was almost scared off but decided to take a chance.I dont know how the other people had a bad experience but this was the easiest rental ive ever made.The guy that set up my rental was nice and very friendly i had no problems.He explained every thing to me and hooked the trailor up and checked everything to make sure everything was hooked up and working for me all i had to do was back up to it.TO ALL WHO READ COMMENTS TO DECIDE WHEATHER YOU DEAL WITH A BUSINESS OR NOT SOME ARE WORTH CHECKING OUT NO MATTER THE COMMENTS.

The young lady behind the counter was efficient, but unfriendly. I felt as though I was invading her space and being a bother. Office was dark and dirty.

The person who work the front desk over the phone has been very unhelpful when you have issues about your services with them. I will never send anyone there because how she reply back about the service.

The girl taking care of uhaul at this location needs more training. Lots of questions we asked were met with “I don’t know” in a rude voice. She was also rude to the people in front of us, when they asked for a dolly she said “I’m out. They asked what they should do and were met with “i don’t know”. They walked out. I won’t be using this location again.

This was my first experience with Uhaul and it was so horrible. The cashier girl was super rude. She was rude from the moment I told her I was foreigner and English is not my native language. She changed from this moment I felt the racial angriness from her. I asked her what was my fault, what did I do wrong to make her so angry. She just laughed at my face. Never had such an experience in US. It made me feel so miserable. She told me to get away from their office because I make her uncomfortable to work, like I was a begger. Never, never, will be back.

The place I picked it up was dirty and the counter lady didn't seem to care to help me find a dolly which I had reserved with the truck but they didn't have. Didn't bother her at all that they didn't have it. So i had to go to home depot and rent a dolly even though I specifically reserved one. The truck also had a lot tire pressure light on that she said was fine, the truck was old and not worth fixing to make that light go off, but she assured me the tire pressure was fine. It was a bad experience in an already stressful situation. Won't use Uhaul again. Won't recommend it either.

This is second location that I had to pick up the truck...this place is fine but I made reservation at another first location but they told me to go to second location in which is 4 miles away and it is in wrong location. Mt.Juliet location staff told me that they don't have the truck but I saw that they do have it. Why do I have to go to second location? I made reservation at Mt.Juliet not at Hermitage location. Second location gave me the key after 30 minutes in muffler shop so I was late to get starting to move after spending another 3 miles for nothing and another 30 minutes of my time of reservation time of 4:00 but spend more time on the road and another location finally ready for me at 4:30pm. Next morning I return the truck to Hendersonville location but staff told me to move the truck to peculiar location then I went back in the building but he helped another customer so this is rude because he is supposed to take care of me first. He told me to go outside again, I was confused and another staff helped us to get it done correctly.

I was charged $24 for gas when I drove the U-Haul for a total of 12 miles. That’s ridiculous.
