How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was at 1/4 tank of gas. I asked if why they did not fill the tank and was told, "They don't do that." So the truck was not ready to go when I picked it up. I had to add gas before the trip which then when I returned it it had more in it than when I picked it up. This is a rip off. Someone was likely charged for returning the truck not full and the business or U-Haul pocketed the money instead of filling the tank. So I got stuck with part of the filling the tank. Ripping costumers off seems to be the way U-Haul does business as the last place I rented from also was ripping costumers off. When I talked with someone who was likely the district manager, Lori, I was clear where the dishonest was coming from or at least supported.
Brian SEquipment should have been clean/free of debris and requested dollies and furniture pads should have been available.
