Move to a larger facility. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the facility did not have much room to maneuver and it was located right next to a tobacco shop. As I was pulling out of the shop, the 10' high, 26' long truck I was driving clipped the awning above the tobacco shop. I accidentally took out about 20"X8" section of the awning. I paid the damages for the repairs but I felt like this wouldn't have happened if the facility had more room to maneuver.Again, the gentleman who helped me was very curious and helpful but it would really help if he had a much bigger area for customers to maneuver these large, bulky U-Haul trucks.
SCOTT HUHual has too many fees involved. This place closed at noon then I was charged another 20 dollars for after hours drop off. It’s ridiculous. A 19.95 truck rental for 4 hrs and 15 miles and 15 bucks insurance ends up over 80 bucks.

I called the store next day as instructed and lady was rude and off putting. As if I bothered her for calling to make sure my truck was received ok

RACHEL WMy responses may seem confusing, but I turned-in my truck and trailer on a weekend (Sunday) when Master Muffler was closed. Their lot is small, so there is no room for maneuver. I followed the steps in the app and left both items in the middle of their lot.
John DThe truck was not in the front of the building. It was parked in the dark under a tree. Because I did after hours pickup and I am a woman, I was concerned of my safety. A u haul rep also was concerned and stayed on the line while I searched for the truck. The tank was on empty and DIRTY, even the cabin was dirty! I had to put gas in it to drive to my location. The worst experience I ever had with U-Haul.

ZACHARY MI had issues with this truck rental and i reported them to the person in charge. This is in reference to Contract # 75401770. 1. Constant low pressure tire warning on front right side tire - I had to take it to a local tire shop and they put 75 PSI into the tire but the message never reset. 2. No air conditioning. No air coming through any vents, 3. Check engine light came on halfway through my use - I stopped to check the oil and gas cap - everything seemed OK. Question: Why was I charged $1.19 per mile when your website states $0.99?
KENNETH HThe lady that helped me was amazing! This was a very difficult move, probably the hardest move I’ve ever made. After renting the U-Haul & meeting with my “movers”, it was obvious I would have to hire real movers for Saturday therefore having to rent the U-Haul for another day. When the new movers came on Saturday they told me they didn’t even need the U-Haul. I had already brought U-Haul back on Friday and was going to pick it back up Saturday. I should have called to tell the lady I didn’t need it Saturday but time got away. It would be really nice to get the money back for the truck I didn’t need Saturday. Not sure if this is possible but it would definitely help me right now. Perhaps it could have just been a deposit to “ hold” the truck? I hope you will consider this and possibly refund the $50+? Thank you for your service. I may have put five miles on the truck because I literally moved across the street from where I am now.

ROBERT Sarea was too packed and used cars all over. Took a 26 footer out drove 4miles and returned it as it doesn't fit in my neighborhood driveway. And they charged me $70 just because i drove it out the lot. unreal. Upon returning, i had to stand there and wait for them while they were eating.
