Truck felt off as far as drivability is concerned, still completed the job, just didn't feel right

Rosa MI have used U-Haul a number of times when needing some short-term hauling capability and have always been satisfied with the equipment and personnel at your facilities. However, I find the check-out text and App, where you request the renter to verify the mileage, equipment ID and condition of the equipment to be extremely frustrating and totally unnecessary. You are basically confirming information that has already been confirmed in the check-out process. Both times I've tried to use it; it has been a total failure. The photo capability never works, and I finally just wind up bailing out of the app and going on my way.
Curtis WWe got the u haul reserved because the website said it was 70 something dollars but then afterwards we get re located 2 times to pick up the truck and ended up being charged 200 + dollars .

Mark SThe guy that checked me out was nice and helpful but my overall experience with Uhaul was disappointing. I made reservations a month prior and two days before I picked up the equipment I was told I needed to pick up from a different location. The location I picked up from advised the reservations I made was for in town only and I had to change trucks. Next the location I chose to drop the truck off was changed at least 3 times. The whole experience was exhausting and hectic. The last thing I needed to deal with moving to a different city. Just terrible

Michael HAssociate was great. The truck itself was in good condition, but there were soda spills in the cup holders and passenger side floor when we got it.

TOMMY SI called for the specific reason of reserving a 5x8 trailer with the back door that drops down for a ramp. Drove across town because the reservationist told me this was the closest location that had that equipment only the find out that was not the case when I got there. I would suggest it not safe or appropriate to have a mom and a two week old baby as the only attendants on site. Had to manually move around trailers my self.
Tony SYour website is not user friendly at all. Don't waste your time trying to use U Haul website, just call U Hauls call center the people there are very good and helpful
GARY LYour mobile pick up didn’t work, customer service wasn’t able to help, wasted 1 hour of my move out day to pick up the truck. Also, the truck makes weird noises specially when making turns. Don’t think will use a uhaul again!
ehab sThe only issue was that the windshield was really dirty but I did pick it up early on Monday and the lady said it had just come in over the weekend. She was very nice and I respect the fact that she was working while still taking care of a two month old baby.

Donald WThere was something all over the inside of the windshield and passenger side window. The employee said the inside had been sanitized. It could have been the sanitizer got sprayed on the windshield/window and dried instead of evaporating. Had to clean it before beginning trip.
