The guy that checked me out was nice and helpful but my overall experience with Uhaul was disappointing. I made reservations a month prior and two days before I picked up the equipment I was told I needed to pick up from a different location. The location I picked up from advised the reservations I made was for in town only and I had to change trucks. Next the location I chose to drop the truck off was changed at least 3 times. The whole experience was exhausting and hectic. The last thing I needed to deal with moving to a different city. Just terrible

The location was pretty sketchy. I arrived and there was nobody around and nobody at the counter. It was a dump.
Michael HAssociate was great. The truck itself was in good condition, but there were soda spills in the cup holders and passenger side floor when we got it.
