Give this slob a personality and respect for the needs of someone other than himself. He is just an unaccomodating and indifferent individual. Plus he lied to me about the check in process for Uhaul equipment. If you need Uhaul equipment, go to Robert’s Rentals on Bennett Street in Waynesville!!

Be more courteous to a customer who became ill & could not return truck on time but called two different people to explained the situation. Mr Getz laughed & said it didn't matter -- I had to pay late charges etc. The woman I spoke with named Victoria was understanding & said it would be discounted when I returned the vehicle. It was not. I was overcharged. Never recommend or use Uhaul again unless this matter is taken care of. And Mr Getz had a little charge he pocketed that had to be paid in cash. Not kosher. Not professional.

BUYER BEWARE! DON'T USE THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS. DO NOT DROP OFF UNLESS THEY HAVE SOMEONE THERE! I dropped it on a Sunday (they advertise 24hr drop off, but business was closed) I was charged a $15 cleaning fee on this 5x8 trailer. There is no way it needed cleaning. I only hauled a metal safe and there was not debris of ANY kind to be swept out when it was returned. I have photos to document. I tried calling the drop off location, and they hung up on me. This is a dishonest practice. In addition the location is a muddy mess.

He charged me a cleaning for because 1 leaf was in the uhaul. I will never deal with this guy again. Lazy if you can't get one leaf out. I have pictures of the inside at drop off. Crook!

Drop off location charged me a cleaning fee. I put a wrapped pallet of tile in the trailer and removed it. They claimed it still needed to be swept. The trailer was returned in better condition then I received it. Would not recommend this location ever.

Only issue was an overly worn right rear tire that blew out in the first 10 miles which with my new Jeep on the hauler was quite scarry. The call to UHaul was pleasant and roadside was there within 25 minutes to replace the tire and wheel. Great job!

Horrible business management. Business is not open during its posted hours. Completely disorganized. I paid for a dolly, was never given the dolly, but was still charged for the dolly. Still waiting on my refund. Would not use this location again. Needed another truck this week and rented from nearby location in Hazelwood. Done with this place.

I rented a uhaul to help move during the rain, I rented it so my stuff would stay dry, I loaded one day and went to the new house the following morning and unloaded, that's when I found out the top of the truck leaked on our 1 year old sectional couch and our new mattress ( we paid 2000 for just a few months ago) the guy working knew that it leaked and should of told us before renting us that crap. I'm highly upset because I spent 100 on the uhaul that got my stuff more wet than if it would of been in my truck I will definitely rent from company's that's more honest about this And I do have the mattress company coming over to see if its ruined and needs to be replaced If it needs replaced you will hear from our attorney being you know it leaked when you rented it to us

Swept out truck. However, I was still charged a $25.00 cleaning fee. Tried to call u-haul, listed on the key ring, the night before to explain why we would be delayed because of an issue with the storage unit. No one picked up after I waited 10 minutes. Returned the unit less than 2 hours late and was still charged an extra day. The place was closed when I turned in the truck and I was still charged an extra day. Very dissatisfied.

The pickup location was filthy, dark and scary. The sales rep kind of grunted his way through the transaction. When I returned the vehicle it was meticulously swept but I was charged the cleaning fee. When I called the dealer to rectify what was obviously a mistake the same rep said "not my problem!" and "you have a problem you call U haul" and refused to talk to me. I was lived. I called uhaul to solve this and Nick was kind enough to return my money. I am an honest person and this left me so angry. The owner of the dealership is a swindler. The place is filthy and he was very very rude. Please say something to him. Next time I will obviously go to another dealer.

U-Haul is terrible. Transferred my rental to a location 20?miles out of my way and then I had to wait 2 hours until place opened up. I was charged for extra mileage and now there is another charge on my card. I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EXTRA MILEAGE. The gentlemen at Mattress Goddess was awesome and he was very apologetic for U-Haul not contacting me to let me know location was changed. I had to pay movers for 2 hours for having to wait on me and not moving anything.

I rented a U-Haul to make my move less stressful, because I already have a truck. I had one reserved for 10 A.M. which should have been just enough time for me to get everything I needed moved and go to work. First, the customer didn't bring back the truck I had reserved in time, so they sent me to a new location. After everything was said and done, I didn't actually drive off the lot until 11:15, over an hour after I had one reserved for. The whole idea of renting the vehicle was swept away, being 45 minutes behind made us rush, and we were extremely stressed. I didn't get everything moved and was late to work. On top of that, for some reason I have a $55 charge, and a $45 charge on my card. I only had the vehicle for an hour, it was returned in the same condition with the same amount of gas. Penske had higher prices, but I would have rather paid the extra to get what I needed on time. I also paid extra for boxes and mattress sleeves that I didn't recieve. Overall just s bad experience.

Your reservation process needs attention! I reserved a trailer for a location in Waynesville, NC. The day before I was scheduled to pick it up, I received a text saying reservation had been moved to a different location that was approx. 30 miles away. Time was of the essence the morning of pickup, so this was very unacceptable. I spent over an hour on the phone with your reps (was cut off more than once) only to be told that's the way it worked sometimes....apparently having a reservation means very little since it doesn't guarantee anything. This is not right! This is not the fault of the location I ultimately picked the trailer up from. I blame Uhaul.

Leo was very helpful. He advised me on which truck to choose and explained the insurance to me. He's also just an all around nice guy. It was stress free experience renting a truck from Leo Getz. I'll go to him every time I need to rent a truck.

Drop off location given was located at a business that doesn't open till 10:30.. Grounds were saturated so in bringing trailer in it obviously got Muddy andbthey had the gall to charge a 16. $ cleaning fee. Put in a driveway and parking lot. Never again. Will only go to the location in Clyde@Carolina Blvd they are great location with good service. The Mattress Goddess location doesn't answer phone or have a answering machine. They are a terrible location to use.
