The truck wasn’t there when I went to pick it up! I spent half the day just trying to drive all over WNC to find a truck. You credited me $50 in Miles, which didn’t even cover the extra mileage to go get the truck. Absolute waste of my time and I wish I would’ve used another company.

Donald WDump. & charged me $11 for mileage?? But idk why? And I couldn’t conclude my return without paying it. I didn’t choose this location, yall did. In fact I drove past the location I asked for and used a week ago. Truck still sitting there. Uhaul is a mess.
