Trina AI was supposed to pickup the truck using the app. The location was closed and did not leave the key. After several attempts to find the owner or an area manager for U-Haul I was directed to a second location. I finally picked up the truck at 9:00. The original location was 10 minutes from my house. The second location because of rush hour traffic was 1/2 hour away significantly delaying my start of the loading and the trip. Trying to turn in he truck was a disaster. Using both Apple Maps and Google map brought us to the same location but there was no U-Haul location to be found. There was a gas station but they said as far as they knew there wasn’t a a U-Haul location anywhere near them. Eventually gave up and checked into a hotel. Next morning we went directly to your International Speedway location. The staff there was extremely helpful. Not a good overall experience. We’ve rented trailers and trucks before this is an exception but should be addressed. A complaining customer is a customer te ones that don’t complain go somewhere else with their business.

TIFFANY WI had a very disappointing experience with Matt’s Automotive regarding my U-Haul rental. I returned the truck an hour past the scheduled time, fully expecting to pay for the extra 60 minutes. However, instead of a reasonable charge, I was billed for an entire additional 24-hour rental day. The service I received was far from kind, and when I questioned Matt, he was dismissive and rude. I’ve rented U-Hauls before, and this level of overcharging and lack of customer care is unacceptable.
Patti RDid not like that I was sent to the wrong location after a 20min wait. When at the correct location, the dude was slow as molasses! Unfriendly as ever to be in a customer service position. Did not like that I was asked ALL the SAME questions over again that I took the time to answer online. This slowed the process down even more. The best thing about this was I was able to mobile checkout & not have to talk to slow a$$ anymore. I will NEVER rent from here again!

RAYMOND DTruck was dirty in back had a cigarette in it. Had to lay sheets on the ground before putting anything in because I did not want anything to touch the ground. Also did not have any furniture pads that I paid for which I never got money back for. 1/10

Aasim II had rented a dolly which was not in the back of the truck. This caused me great inconvenience as I had my garage to load into the U-Haul.
John SI only used the truck for four (4) HRS and returned it the same day and I get charged for two (2) days.

Marlon RI have rented a truck with you several times, but this time it was terrible, I had to go to this location but the owner told me that I couldn't rent it one way, because I would pay 300 or 400 dollars more, then I went to return it the day I It corresponded to me, and it was closed, I went to an agency, which was open and they told me to return it and that I had to leave it and use the steps in the app, with all this I had to pay for an additional day because the time had expired.

RALPH RActually let the customer know when you don't have any trucks available so that they're not wasting their time and don't send them to multiple locations without knowing if they have the truck first or the equipment.

Suzannah SI wasn't told to be expecting a text for early return check in . I was told the seller had a Dr appointment and wouldn't be there when I returned in a couple hours and to just put the key in the drop box. Communication is everything I also asked for a dolly and did not get it to use. So that's my experience. Now Im out of $20 for not responding to a text for a truck I had 2 hour and 20 min.

Michael RThe ultimate location was fine; however, I originally booked at a more convenient location. The night before I got a call moving the reservation to a less convenient location. When I arrived at the prescribed time, no one was there. I had to be re-routed to a 3rd even less convenient location. I paid for extras that were not provided at the alternative location, and my mileage charge was higher because of the location charges. I’ll just use Home Depot next time.
