I ordered the U-Haul for 10am. The manager that is allowed to deal with the U-Hauls did not arrive until 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up. Just for the manager/ owner try and charge my card an additional $28 once I pulled into the parking lot when dropping it off. The owner and the female worker were both not helpful and the women was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a U-Haul. I would give 0 stars if I could for customer service.
