Get the person from uhaul in to train them on the new system only needs the dolly for one day but had to pay for two so cost was high

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that I had a clean truck to use. She explained everything to me quite well was very nice. Except for the initial confusion concerning the truck, which I don't believe was her fault, everything went well. I will be in need of a smaller truck in the very near future and will be back to this location.

The check-in procedure when wi-fi is not available and it is after hours at the facility, is a terrible idea. A lot of us do not have data plans and live in a good cell phone reception area.

Uhaul is definitely an inconvenience for them and they were not veey friendly. Uhaul's policy of calling a friend is RUDE! We were 5 hours from home and to have Uhaul call someone else to verify that we have given a correct second phone number is wrong.

I was confused as to where drop off the truck and leave the key. The site representative was a little rude but kind enough to ask If I wanted to return to fill up the gas tank as I had not done so prior to being charged for it.

My husband and I picked up our U Haul on Saturday, January 12, 2018. When we picked up our U Haul, both the woman and man that work at this location, were very nasty to my husband and I. The woman seems to lack poorly in customer service, as well as the man. When we picked up the U Haul, our door was frozen shut. My husband told the man about it, and he was in such a hurry to lock up the shop, that he seemed to not care. He kept telling us that we have to drive down the road to get it to open up. Once we drove down the road, and it was still frozen shut, the man then became even more nasty and had an attitude about it. We rented it until Sunday, and I got a call from U haul on Monday, confirming that my U haul was back where it should be. Now today, I just received a call from the shop that I picked my U Haul up from, and the rude woman tried to charge me for a U Haul rental of 2 days. I called U Haul myself and got it straightened out. I will never rent a U haul from this location again, nor will I ever recommend it.

I reserved truck a month in advance. I was to pick up at Pechin's in Connellsville, PA. A couple days prior I was to pick up in another city. Call place in Uniontown day before and they told me that the truck might not be there?? Called next day no 10 ft truck. Told me I could have a 23 ft truck. I was going to California, not with a big truck. I had to drive 40+ miles to get a truck that was supposed to be reserved. Though you had a guarantee!!

I got charged for fuel and shouldn't have. I returned the vehicle on a quarter of a tank as I received it. The truck was returned on a Saturday, but the truck wasn't checked until a Tuesday. Anybody could've driven the truck from then until Saturday!!

Dee was extremely helpful. This was my first time renting a Uhaul so I needed a lot of guidance. She took the time to help me figure out my best options. I will definitely rent from them again and definitely refer them to my friends and family.

The agent seemed very disorganized and insisted that I drop off the trailer at a UHaul destination nearly 40 miles from my destination even though there is a well known UHaul location in the same town where my trip ended. Most likely needs additional training.

We accidentally forgot our contract in elizabethtown. Although I understand that this was our fault and made it more difficult, the personnel was unable/ or unwilling to assist us in locating the information needed. It took an hour and us finally calling the customer service number to get the contract emailed to us to finally resolve this. I refuse to believe that she did not have access to our records online. Overall, I would think long and hard before renting another uhaul.

This location was great, but was thirty miles from my requested location....we were able to make this inconvenience work but not without many issues. This needed to be communicated earlier or the truck moved to a closer location.

They went above and beyond to assist us in an emergency while we were out of town and needed a trailer to tow a broken down auto 300 miles from home.

Not the sellers fault entirely, but it took over an hour to process the truck for me to be on my way. The person entering the information into the Uhaul system had to enter it twice because somehow the credit card information was different and it was trying to give a $100 credit. After 2 failed attempts, she had to call the office in Pittsburg where she then waited for at least 15 minutes before an agent answered. I then had to give all of the information a third time to her as she gave it to the person on the other end. To make matters worse, I had to travel to another location 30 miles away and the opposite direction of my final destination to pick up the other half of my truck and trailer combination. Once I arrived at Jolenes Post and Pack (confirmation # 90175651) in Uniontown, the trailer I had reserved and that was confirmed as being there was not returned by the previous renter. So I wasted a trip and lots of time. I am not really sure why renting on line getting a confirmation is any better than just showing up. So much for the $50 reservation guarantee.
