The person behind the counter didn't know what to do for the rental and was on the phone with someone who did the work the whole time and it was very slow. There was also a movie playing really loud that was constant curse words and the N word. I would not recommend this location.

I was told it was going to be a total of 76 dollars for the 6 hours and possible miles to use, but they discounted an additional 49 dollars.

I was disappointed with the trash left in the trailer. Otherwise a good value / experience.

I had received a notice that the trailer had not been returned. I called this location, they apoligized and stated they would "take care of it". I never received a final bill. I would like to know what I was charged. Kenneth Haas picked up 10-21-23

Truck was given to me with less than 1/8th of gas, so I got about 40 miles or so before having to get gas. Truck also had a check engine light and then stalled on me in the middle of the road. Very poor experience.

The truck was absolutely disgusting. I picked up the truck and drove back to the apartment to begin moving, I opened the back of the truck and was immediately struck with the intense stench of rotting garbage. The floor of the truck was covered in slime and garbage juice and there was garbage still in the back of the truck! It absolutely was disgusting and there was no way I was going to put my stuff in it. I had to drive the truck all the way back to the location and wasted over an hour and a half of my time and my movers time while they cleaned the truck. I was trying to beat the torrential rain that was coming but did not because of this. All my stuff got soaking wet. UHaul needs to make this right.
