The truck was filthy. The cab and tray was never cleaned. Coke can trash left at the back. Animal hair all over. No one should ever have to sit for 14 hours in a truck that smells like dog urine and has long white animal hair all over it. I am allergic to pet hair so it was a horrible experience. I rent from UHaul often but this location should be shut down if they are not going to clean the vehicles. Absolutely disgusting. We got the truck with an E for gas and was told to kindly go fill up immediately because the tank is empty. Who does that? Where is the customer service? I will also publicly leave bad feedback on this location. F rating. If they cannot uphold the UHaul standard they should not be allowed as a service location.

The manager is irresponsible. I rented a dolly for one day and he's charging me for three days. I went to return it the same day at 3:30 pm and he had already left. I only used it for 2 hours.
