There was no staff member from the company present. No one spoke English or knew how to retrieve our track or where were supposed to upload our driver's license. This caused an extremely long and frustrating delay. In addition, the priced advertised are misleading. No one informed us that the price would be lower if the truck was returned to the same location.

ileana wThe only problem we had with the truck there was a leak on the right side on the top end of the truck inside water came in were we had boxes and had problems with the bill getting charge for pads and other things we didn’t have in the truck we took a picture when truck was picked up with nothing in truck but at drop off place we were charged 103.20 for things we didn’t have a little disappointment but everything else went good
