I had an excellent experience from January, 2013 to December, 2021. I was living in Las Vegas. However, when you had a change of management, I received notification that my lock was missing but that you had secured my unit. The main problem I had is that I didn't make my original reservation at this location or at this time 0900. I was planning to pick up from a different location at 0700. This created a issue on my end but I got through it. I don't think this was this locations fault.Timothy M.

Uhaul has me pick up here and they did not have the equipment I requested to rent. This location was the furthest from the location I requested. I passed many other locations. This was extremely inconvenient.Wendy D.

The check engine light was on when I signed for the truck. The rental agent tried very hard to get another truck from another local U-Haul store. None where available. The rental agent called U-Haul customer service, but they couldn't solve the problem and suggested we call U-Haul roadside service. U-Haul roadside service said it was probably nothing and to go ahead and drive it! So, I took the truck to a nearby U-Haul store that had a diagnostic tool and found that the error code was for an emissions problem. I made my one way trip without any problems, but I was constantly expecting the check engine light to result in a break down. Other than the rental agent who tried to help me, I don't think U-Haul cared about the problem.Steve B.

There was no one at the site and the business looked closed, no where to drop off the paperwork and not a good neighborhood. I took pictures to make sure you got your U-Haul back and prove I dropped it off. The address on the paperwork said 315 Air Base Blvd and not 312 Air base Blvd, the business looked closed down.MITCH M.

The amazing part of renting a truck is all the "additional" expense over and beyond the $19.99 price tag you reel people in with. I mistakenly took the insurance only to find out that it would not be refunded back to me after the rental was completed and returned. No the experience was not a good one. I did not feel I was well-served in the rental.Rose M.
