The truck sounded like it was barley running and the dolly didnt work. The guy was on his phone the entire time and i had to keep reminding him what we were doing.

MICHAEL JMake sure they give the right information to pick up a U-Haul truck because we had to write all the way on bemis to get a U-Haul truck I had my appointment was at 9:00 I didn't get this U-Haul until after after 10:00 now when I got this truck the front end brakes was shaking so somebody got the reimburse me my money I'll be waiting call me at 229-55-501072 and thank you very much.

Nancy CThis location was not equipped with the dolly and moving blankets that I had requested. I was told to call and track down those items at another location myself. I did not have time for that!
MANDY FInside the truck was dirty. The person that checked me in didn’t bother to get out of his recliner. He took my ID and debt card so while sitting his behind in his recliner. He didn’t bother to inspect the truck with me. I have not used U-haul truck rental before and I will not use them again. Service is so unprofessional and truck filthy. The tail light is coming out in the back. There was dolly which is what I needed. I could been notified in advance I would have used another location. Somewhere more professional and courteous.
Regina SThe location was not the problem. Why does uhaul schedule a pick up when the location is closed. The Uhaul website is an absolute joke. The self check out is terrible, as well as customer serviced when I called. One customer service just keeps tranferring to the next guy with no results. I will think long and hard before using Uhaul again.

Kenneth SWhen I picked up the U-Haul, the person who used it previously had left dog fur everywhere. There was dog food on the floor and some wet spots, I hope the wet spots were water. Overall the U-Haul was great and very up to date. However, had I had my daughter with me, who is allergic to dogs there would have been a bigger issue. I would suggest that the U-Haul is actually looked over after every use…. I refuse to clean out the dog hair, food, and possibly dog urine.
Eugenia JMake sure the truck cargo area is washed that all the water is gotten up. Twice I have had to use paper towels to soak up a considerable amount of water in the cargo area.
JARRETT NI had difficulty dropping the rental off. This was secondary to the app--I had 5G service, but my pictures of the rental that I took as per app instructions, would not upload even after 10 minutes. When I tried again, it had already showed it returned and I never could upload pics.
Eric ANobody available to receive equipment. Called on the phone 4 or 6 times and nobody ever answered or returned .y call. Charged me for gas improperly. I made SURE, before I returned the truck, that the gas in the tank was exactly what it was when I received the truck (281 miles to empty)
