Inside cabin & bed extremely dirty and tire/alignment made it very difficult to drive. Business was not open dor pickup or drop off around 2pm. Key left in drop box.

Cost, on the truck is 19.99 a day, but use for 1 day less than 60 miles round trip was almost 100 bucks for the same day. It was expensive for less than 3 hours before truck was returned. Stop nickel and diming people, location was professional and friendly and courteous

Darlince GThis was a last minute rental (reserved online only a few days before). U-Haul swapped the location that I selected for this location, one I was unfamiliar with. The location was closed, which worried me as it was a holiday weekend & if I experienced any issues obtaining the rental I didn’t know what I would do. I did end up having issues, but I was easily able to reach the owner by phone & he was able to assist. He even offered to meet me onsite if I couldn’t get the lockbox to open. I’ve moved many times over the years & appreciated the customer service because that’s not always been the case.
