The staff was great! The equipment was terrible. I’ve rented U-haul trucks in past, but this one was by far the worst. I drove more miles because the truck took an excessive amount of time to accelerate. I was afraid of having to merge onto the interstate at 45mph or below. Again, the staff was fantastic. Both people I interacted with were great.

I had a good experience. Your new cargo trailers with ramps are not ideal for furniture dollies, as there is no plate at the hinge or lip at the bottom to hit the ground. It probably works better with a bigger wheeled dolly. Also, the watch your head label should be on the inside as well as the outside of the trailer. Hubby got konked multiple times.

The Person in charge is very demanding and has a tendency not to respect customers wish by fabricating policy that did not exist. She forced me to enter a driver where we already had two driver entered. I was the renter and she had all my address. I have not looked at charges yet but I would not be surprised if she has over charged and I will make sure to dispute every ounce of it. I suspect she has serious bias about customers. I will not use this location again.

They did not answer the phone when I called to extend. Because I had problems with the website when turning in the truck, they charged me for a third day. I had called uhaul customer service to do the extension. Now I have money held in my bank account that shouldn't be. The lady at Maybeck was rude when I called. At almost noon, the day after I returned the truck, they still had not checked in the truck. I would never go there again! It's probably made us not use uhaul again. We'll use another company.
