They did not have any of the things we ordered other than the trailer itself (dolly, furniture blankets, boxes, etc.). I called days ahead of time to confirm the pick up, and was never told this until the morning that we picked up the uhaul to move. We also had to change drop-off locations, which I was not informed of until the morning of. The girl on the phone said "its really not a big deal." Changing any plans, on an already stressful day, when you already didn't have any of the other things I asked for - is a big deal.
Brandy DI had a great pickup experience and they were kind enough to help me find the trailer equipment I needed at another location.
