I called days ahead of time to confirm the pick up, and was never told this until the morning that we picked up the uhaul to move. We also had to change drop-off locations, which I was not informed of until the morning of. The girl on the phone said "its really not a big deal." Changing any plans, on an already stressful day, when you already didn't have any of the other things I asked for - is a big deal.

julie HEverything is on a smart phone. No personal contact with a human. I will never do it like this again. I've used uhaul for 35 years and prefer a regular uhaul store. Double check location as it can be a gas station with homeless sleeping in the back of your uhaul or it's parked in a field.

These employees knew exactly what they were talking about and helped us when we had Uhaul related questions. Absolutely wonderful customer service from this place and because of this experience we plan to use them for any type of service we need in the future, whether it’s uhaul related or something related to their main businesses!
Richard SI do not authorize the $25 cleaning fee, as we returned this truck in substantially better condition and smell, as opposed to when we picked it up from UHaul Mile High Station in Denver. The truck was also fully broom swept upon return. It was conveyed to the same UHaul location that our mirror was a liability and danger, to which we were told to fix it ourselves. This mirror needed a tool purchased to tighten it to stay in place, as it had a free swivel, making it impossible to ever see down the passenger side. We paid for moving blankets, to be told as we loaded into the truck that they were out and were offered an extra utility dolly? Finally, the return location in Valdosta, which was never changed from the original order, and selected within the app for the return - was apparently the wrong location, according to our call from Daryl in Valdosta. We were also hung up on twice by the call center in our attempt to have all of this rectified, as the app refused to close our orders and show that the equipment had been returned. This has been an extremely poor experience in every way, making your return customer deal with such poor service during a pandemic and Memorial Day weekend. We will not be liable for one single additional fee than the original amount paid in Denver. The charge will be disputed with our bank, and we will be receiving a refund of a percentage of the asinine inflated amount we paid for this short rental. $4700. 6 days. Abysmal. However, Samantha at Mile High Statiom was amazing to work with. Highly appreciated. This feedback will be left on Yelp, Google and Facebook - any pertinent and trusted sites - with photos. We expect the $33.08 for a (cleaning fee) returned immediately, and a significant discount of at least 15% of our initial or we will take further action for predatory practices. I expect a call by end of business, Eastern Time, 6/7/2021with details confirmed.
