Nothing to improve upon. Mr. S handled everything for me and I could not have felt more confident. The truck, dolly and all the arrangements were perfect. They really went above and beyond trying to locate a car hauler for me and his efforts paid off. They were able to book one for me very unexpectedly. I ended up passing on it as I needed a 2nd person to help me go get it & I could not get that done. UHAUL was terrific in this VERY stressful move. They took the hard part from me and I am very grateful. Thanks Mayville Service Center!

THE WEBSITE CHECK IN PROCESS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. iT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR VERIFICATION AND TO GET THE KEYS. THIS PROCESS SHOULD BE DONE PRIOR TO GOING TO THE LOCATION TO PICK UP THE TRUCK.

Staff at this location were very friendly and made sure the equipment and lighting worked like it should, honestly the first place to actually check for safety like that out of the 3 times I've rented trailers this year!

There were no employees there. We waited on hold forever on the phone, finally borrowed a phone that got better reception. and checked out on line. It was very confusing. Dont know what we would have done without reception, it is a tiny town and we were not familiar with it. The only good part was the is was very close.

I used 24 hour drop off. Not much of an experience. Was not clear as key drop also had slot for contract drop off. Since I had only one copy of contract, I did not drop any paperwork. Bill was satisfied at that.

Excellent in all respects. However, $330 to go from NY to NC is a bit high...especially when we rented the same unit for NC to NY for $89.

The 6 BY 12 Foot trailer was fine,however it did not have a wheel jack on the tongue! I think this is a bad thing,it would have been helpful to me to have had one. Otherwise all ok!

I was told and had a receipt stating that I was to pick up the trailer at the Theater Motel site in Westfield, NY. When I got there they had NO trailers at all, and no record of any notification! They got me in touch with the home office where I was told that we were to pick up the trailer at another location. They said they sent a text to me, in which they did NOT!! The lady I spoke with was not nice to me when I told her I didn't get a text. I had no reason to lye about it! I checked my phone many times to see if indeed I had a text from U-Haul, and to this day I have no information from your company!! I certainly did not appreciate the way I was treated by your people!!! The equipment was fine.....your associate was definitely NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service supervisor JAY was FANTAsTIC!!!! I told him to tell his boss he was the most helpful person we spoke with, and he deserved a raise! Very professional, and understood our needs. He's a great employee who makes customers come back! Uhaul needs more employees like him.

As soon as we dropped the trailer off, we we told that Uhaul had again changed the location for where we had REQUESTED to drop off the trailer, to a location that was MUCH farther away. I rewfused to take it elsewhere...the guy was ok with that, but changing locations when someone is on the road is ridiculous. I will NOT use U HAul again-- this was sufficiently disappointing that I will BUY MY OWN TRAILER, in a size I want and can haul. Uhaul needs a dramatic overhaul of its renatl policies and customer service ideas.

Trailer size was different than reserved. No dolly at location even though I had requested one. I had to by an adapter to get the trailer to fit my truck. Overall bad experience with no resolution offered by anyone at u haul. Very dissapointed and would not recommend uhaul to anyone

I booked my uhaul and received my confirmation number with the correct date. When I called to ask a question the day before my pickup I was told my date was different and there would not be a uhaul available to me. I then had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up a different uhaul on a different date. This was not good as I had an 11 hours drive ahead of me. Uhaul should inform the customer if the date changes or if there is not a trailer available at confirmation.
