PHILLIP AI'm a pretty frequent U-Haul renter. I love this location as the owner is very helpful at getting everything hooked up. Leaving a trailer there is very easy too. Other places I've had to wait in line to get service - but not here.

AMANDA CRon had our trailer ready to go- he called two days prior to confirm. Pickup was quick and easy. Ron hooked the trailer up for us, verified lights were working correctly, and offered advice on how to load. An A+ experience!

ANDREA JThe McCalla feeds team is the best service I've ever had using a UHaul. Rick and Ron were both friendly and helpful, all you can ask for! Would recommend this location to anyone in the Chelsea/Dexter/Ann Arbor area, even if it means a little further of a drive.

CHRISTOPHER SI reserved a 15 foot truck and an appliance dolly. The truck was there the appliance dolly was not making this U-Haul rental the most useless rental in the history of rental trucks. When I called U-Haul, I was transferred five times. I will never read from U-Haul again.

Christine SFirst time renter. Paper says truck was 3/4 full. I live not even 2 miles from pick up. I went and got gas right away because it was almost empty when I got in it. Lesson learned. I filled it 3/4 full. Also they said I would get 50$ off for taking it the east toledo. The bill was 160$ not $106 like it said online. I also told the man I got insurance online then saw on the paper 15$ insurance was added. I am not happy. Also the check engine light was on. Overall. Not happy. Will double check every detail before I ever rent from here again and I will tell others the same. Can't be trusted and I want compensation. I have a the recipes and screen shots of pricing online. I am not happy. The gentleman working was nice I just do not appreciate being lied to.

Charles MMacaulay‘s Feed was extremely flexible and kind when I had to cancel and reschedule. It was easy and quick changing the size of my truck. I would highly recommend them and have used them numerous times.
