If I could rate 6 stars I would. McCalla Feeds was excellent, but what really stood out to me was the OUTSTANDING customer service EVERY telephone agent gave me as we sorted through some miscommunication issues related to renting an auto-hauling trailer on a Saturday from a U-Haul location closer to me which is closed on Saturdays (Manchester MI). In a day when many companies have resorted to 'self-service' computer automation phone options with no hope of every talking to a human being, or have off-shored customer service - WHAT A RELIEF to talk to have my phone calls answered IMMEDIATELY by a REAL HUMAN BEING, who SPEAKS ENGLISH, and not only are trained HOW to fix issues, but are EMPOWERED to do so. AMAZING!!! Please U-Haul, do not change anything - you're knocking it out of the park. Your entire team made my short-notice rental experience super easy and a wonderful success. Keep up the great work! I WILL rent from you again, and have already told people how excellent my experience was ... renting a trailer of all things!!!
