This remote pickup was not the best experience. We had reserved it for pickup in Saline, but ended up having to pick up in Chelsea....inconvenient. We had trouble getting the app to move forward with our rental; it didn't recognize the location at first. Then we got the app to recognize we were at the correct location, but the padlock on the back of the truck was difficult to open. We struggled to get the letters EXACTLY where they needed to be. The air conditioning did not work on the truck- needs a recharge?

The trailor was not the size it claimed to be. With the chains welded inside the trailor was smaller than it was said to be. We paid for rental and couldn't pick up item because we needed to slide item on and chains where in the way. Waste of time and money!

Very convenient location. The questions relating to personnel and cleanliness are not relevant - we just dropped the truck and keys at the location so did not see anyone. The location also sells feed and other farm supplies,which is fine. It was well kept for a feed lot (not messy), but since the survey asks whether the location was "clean and inviting", I would have to say no. But then I don't need a particularly clean and inviting locale for dropping off a UHaul.

We are thrilled to have U-Haul available at McCalla Feeds. They are always helpful and accommodating. They don't carry all the supplies, but they carry a good assortment of essentials and we don't expect them to be just like the full service U-Haul store that's just 20 miles away if we need it.
