The equipment was cleaned and maintained, but the spring that made the door go up and down was sprung, so I had to carry a board with me to keep door up...as soon as that's fixed....I have no complaints...the office lady was super nice and she knows her stuff....

Ghost location. No one answers the phone. No signage to identify location. Only a key drop box. If there hadn’t been another truck parked there I wouldn’t have found it.

The counter lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment was maintained and it good working order but the inside of the cab was dirty and had bits of peanuts or something all in the floor board.

Please do not tell your customers that your refund or hold will be put back as soon as you turn the truck in, I rushed to get the truck back and I don't get my 100 dollars refund or whats owed to me for 30 or 60 days. I will recommend others to not rent from this company. Thank you

Had low fuel but U-Haul compensated me which was very grateful and a sensor for the front tire was off but it still had air in it and it worked properly for me

This is not about the place we picked up our trailer, this is about our first reservation that was cancelled. We had a reservation for a week, when we arrived they didn't have what we reserved. She cancelled our reservation and said she was sorry but couldn't help us find another trailer. Our 10:00 am pickup was around noon before we found another. Your customer service is about the worst. I hope I will never need another trailer. I never want to do business with you again. I find it funny that you don't want my review on my cancellation reservation from my first experience.
