Cole TThe app and the website weren’t working during my entire experience. At first I could only select a location 150 km’s beyond my destination. Then I made a mistake and locked the keys in my truck after dropping it off, and I was charged $250. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone who can help, the menus make no sense, and U-Haul seems content to take my money and send me packing. Which I will be doing again without their services.
Kelvin CMake sure the truck is ready. Windscreen covered in flies ect. A/C didn't work, slightly warm air all the time. Automatic gearbox holding gears far too long. Was charged 2 full payments for one trip. Serious argument with u haul over this. Money still not returned.
Darrell EHad our broken truck dropped off here to swap to the new one. Our broken trailer hadn't been repaired and the staff didn't seem to have a clue what was going on with our admittedly strange situation. However they were accommodating in letting us swap our belongings between trucks.

robert gIt seems ridiculous to me, that I booked a pick up and drop off location that suited me, a week in advance. And yet, the day before my trip both locations were changed. There seems to be no point in reserving anything, if uhaul had any competition these business practices would be sorted out in no time. Truly shocking, it became a nightmare of logistics to cover for your (uhauls) last minute changes. I'm never using uhaul again.

Wanda KWas charged a late drop off fee even thought I returned the uhaul a day early. I believe this is because the location was closed over the weekend. However, Kay Wink from Uhaul customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue.

Kenneth KStuff happens. Sometimes vehicles get stuck. Making up other stories about it and trying to charge for the truck itself is bs. I don't believe you at all you are being indictive because you had to goo get it unstuck. So you are screwing over a customer.
Jesse BPickup was not quick and efficient. The lady was very hesitant on what to do, to complete the transaction. Vehicle was given with worn out tire tread.

Peter TThe check out was painfully slow. it took me over an hour to get my rental. When I finally did get the truck all the items I needed were not in the back. Casued me to have to come back to the location for the dolly and blankets. Then I was told next time I needed to check before I drove away. The lady checking me in told me everything was there. It was a very frustrating and long process. The front windshield was cracked and the wiper blades did nothing to clean the window. Quite disappointed with the process
Jeff CBooked the truck Online and didn't select Insurance. Insurance was added in the final Invoice. (Why should I check again for the options selected while receiving the keys as Already have declined Insurance.) Location was not agree to Compensate or match my initial booking selections with their selections ( for Insurance/Services etc.)
Roopinder SI put in 100$ in gas…I spent 50$ too much on gas and they refuse to refund…I filled it up to 1/2 tank when I was only to fill at 1/4 tank…they refuse to return 50$

Anita KWe had a horrible experience in that we got called the day before we were supposed to pick up our uhaul saying there was no uhaul for us at that location even though we had booked it a month in advance. We were then directed to a city 3 hours away from us which we had to go that day to pick it up since the location was not open the next day. We were promised a rebate which we did not get. We were not compensated for gas money and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend uhaul to anyone who has a choice if they are going to treat customers like this. Completely unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient and stressful.
Tyler IThe truck was well maintained but not clean in the cab area. The man at this location was rude and initially stated we didn’t have a rental contract despite showing him that we did. He was unapologetic even when he realized his error and continued to be unhelpful and rude.

stewart mThis is not the locations fault. We reserved a truck and trailer. The day before our rental traffic called to say they didn’t have the 10’ we reserved but had a 26’ so reluctantly we took that as there was nothing else. I asked the rep if everything was confirmed she said yes but said the trailer had to be picked up at a different location. That’s fine so we decided to drive to the location our trailer was reserved at the day before just to see if we could get a smaller truck than the 26’ only to find out there were no trucks available at all! We showed our reservation and were told I don’t know what to tell you there isn’t one available but they did have a trailer there. Then we drove to the McGibbons location where the 26’ truck was supposed to be and again no trucks available. The girl at the counter did find us a 20 ‘ and had a trailer at that location so it turned out ok. Had we waited and showed up on the date of our reservation and time with everything confirmed by “traffic” not only wouldn’t there have been a truck and trailer available the office would have been closed! We only learned this as we took the time to fix everything the afternoon before our confirmed rental We mentioned ok so at noon tomorrow the truck and trailer will be here . The girl said yes it’s all fixed now and confirmed except you need to be here by 11am as we close by noon on Fridays. Have used uhaul many times with no issues. This was a disaster that could have been much worse if not for us going personally to the location the day before after a confirmation from “traffic” just to try to find a smaller truck.
Kelly SThese people are the most miserable dealers I could have ever dealt with. Miserable and not helpful whatsoever. I will never rent from McGibbins again. I got charged more fuel than I should have, and they are the most unpleasant people I know. I am not exaggerating.

CHRISTOPHER SLot was full of Snow, Got stuck, had to shovel myself out, truck sliding door was frozen shut. Did not have the cargo blankets I reserved.
Bob MPathetic service was given to us, we booked the Moving truck 10 foot and day before i got confirmation that its confirmed but when k reach there, there was a old guy working and he is so arrogant and not wearing the mask as well sitting inside of office and after getting the confirmation still he hasn't not given me the 10 feet truck because he already given the truck to some else and more over the truck was dirty with full garbage and and next when we go there to return the same guy with out mask and he charge me for 2 days i was there on time his computer was not working i was waiting there for 30 minutes and he charge me 2nd day rent as well. Never go there and will recommend to everyone else as well. Greedy for money and no sense of talking with Costumer. Thanks
Vishal VWell, first the guy I dealt with wasn’t willing to get up from his chair and show me where the truck is parked. He gave me wrong keys & it look forever for me to figure that out. Second he told me that the truck is full with gas and I will be returning with full tank of gas. I gave them full tank of gas but they didn’t so that was disappoint. I thought I should go & talk to that guy again but he already showed me that he is not willing to leave warm cozy room. Anyway I already file a complain with U hall anyway. Thanks
MANBIR SThe minimum size of trailer that was promised to me was unavailable when we went to get it. Not the location's fault. But when I called UHaul main office, they told me that I may have to take a bigger one than requested (which would have been ok), but we ended up with a very small one which couldn't fit everything.
Kimberly RThe location was convenient but not secure. I dropped off on the weekend and nobody was around. I called them and still nobody all weekend. I did not feel safe leaving the van in their open lot on a busy road unlocked with my dolly and blankets on the back!
Dawn MThe back of the truck had a bad sour odour. I had to wipe the cargo area down with cleaner before loading our personal items into the truck to avoid our items taking on the odour.

Frank DTerrible customer service at this location. I felt that the uhaul part of their business was an inconvenience to them. Parking lot was extremely small. They never came out to monitor me hooking up the trailer, I had to check by myself that the lights were working correctly. One wheel had a flat tire on the trailer. When I called to have roadside assistance it took 7 HOURS to have the tire repaired. I had to delay my trip an entire day because of this. Not happy by any means

Michael PIt's just a drop off location. Not much to talk about, maybe better signage to the drop off key box. And better explanation on the app when you are returning the equipment to leave the other uhual products used in the truck.

The guy at the desk barely looked at me, and directed all his questions to my father who was there with me, even though the rental was in my name. The truck worked great for my needs. No issues with the equipment.
Danika BOwner didn't know how to navigate the U-Haul site, kept us waiting and waiting as well as the client behind us because though he's been in the business for quite a while, didn't understand that he had to show the trailer that was delivered on the Sunday as "received" so that he could complete our order to take it. Then, upon inspecting the trailer before departure, we found a screw lodged in the trailer's driver's rear tire and his response was, "Oh, yeah, that's been in there for a week." He did make an appointment for us to get the tire repaired but it took us another half hour at the tire dealership to get that resolved which all totaled left us over an hour behind schedule. NOT appreciated!
Rod WThe man working was so unbelievably rude to us this morning. First he told us we had no reservation, then he lectured me about booking online. He kept interrupting me every time i spoke. I’ve never received such poor customer service. It was awful! This was my first time renting a uhaul and it will be the last.
sean sThe check in process through the U-Haul website does not work. It wants to check the location of your phone while checking in, we tried on two phones with location services on, it didn't work. If that step doesn't work, you can't go any further. Not a good system.
