RICARDO JMike, the gentleman that help me was very nice. But training. He helped as much as he could. I'm sure he'll be better with proper training. The uhaul was extremely dirty inside. Trash, odometer paper work, huge window smudges. We spent around an hour cleaning it because we knew we'd be in it for a couple of days. Also the truck had an alignment issue that made the trip difficult to drive.
RALOOH MMake sure there's gas in the truck and make sure more payment methods are available and make sure more 24hr trucks are available in the area. It took over 2 hours to just get another truck.

JAMES MThis location was very good to work with. However, the u-haul application is a SUPER Poor way to try to reserve a truck from a specific location. The verbiage is misleading and they seem to indicate that you can reserve a specific truck at a specific location, Then - they’ll call you the day before your scheduled pickup to redirect you to a different location to pick up the truck you reserved that’s 20 miles from the location you anticipated. To add insult to injury, when the uhaul personnel call to tell you that the equipment you reserved is 20 miles from the location you anticipated, their CSR brow beats you and tells you that you misread those details on their web site. After this experience, Uhaul will be the LAST place I attempt to rent from in the future. VERY Disappointing, U-Haul app & web site people!!!
Jeffrey HThe gentleman who helped us at this location was amazing and very friendly. We had reserved to pick up the truck from a u-haul location in federal way. Our reservation pick up location was changed to Puyallup and that made us loose 2hrs in our schedule!
VALENTINE NTrailer wheel tie down ends were frayed, and one was unusable to wrap around a tire due to being cut.
LANCE DI was supposed to be able to drop it off after their business hours and leave the key, but they did not have a key drop box. Thankfully I found an employee who was able to take the key (I had done the check back in of the truck through the app)
SUSAN WFigured something was going to go wrong. Received a flatbed trailer with a tire that had a significant leak in it. Fix was fast before I set out on my trip, but I imagine it could have been a headache if I was actually on the road.
NATHAN KWe are very unhappy with our rental. We rented a 5x8 uhaul trailer and it was given to us without a safety pin as well as bald tires that also ended up popping halfway through our trip. Completely unsafe.

John HThe haul guy was very slow coming to the counter. On the way out he forgot the lock then grumbled when he told me I had to back the trailer in and I said I don't know how. He wanted me to back it in between two trailers Instead of a more open area. I got as close asI could with him telling me how to drive. I got out and pushed it into the space. Not helpful after just hauling it for 2,000 miles. He said they would send me an email. I took pictures just in case he didn't get around to sending the email.
debra dThis not a reflection of Mcclendons! When I reserved a van on Friday night for Saturday morning at 830 am I assumed U-Haul actually knew they had a vehicle available. The van in fact had not been returned, and when it was on Saturday it was not checked in and the prior renter left mcclendons with the van keys, preventing the store from providing me with a vehicle until almost 930. I reserved at that location based on availability at 830 am. And uhaul was not able to meet the reservation. I feel a reduced rental fee was in order based on my having to wait for the prior customer to return to the store with the keys.

Nicholas HI don’t appreciate having to drive that far to pick up tow dolly!!!! Took three hours and had one hundred miles on truck before I even got home! They said they were going to add a day to rental time but wasn’t shown on contract and they were going to rent to next person within a hour of when the contract said. Very poor national service.
DAVID PIf you charge for gas. Don’t charge for gas if it was filled up to where I was told to fill it back up to.

Christopher HMcLendons is actually a hardware store that provides services for U-Haul and not a specific U-Haul business. The lady that received the truck from us was as helpful as she could be, although she wasn’t able to credit us for one thing because they not an actual U-Haul company.
Carla SI asked for 4 hours use and told him that I was driving a long distance and I asked if that was an issue. He assured me there was no mileage limit, then he then charged me for a full 24 hours. I assumed that when I returned the truck that the time would be taken off my card and refunded, instead I was charged a mileage fee for driving more than 30 miles. My entire move was more than 30 miles. I don’t understand. I’m now -$200 for what I thought would be a $100 move. Dope.

ASHTON MI was charged a cleaning fee, but thank goodness I had written how dirty it was before I got the van and had taken pictures!!! I contacted U-Haul, sent them the pictures and they read my comments written before leaving with the van - so they refunded the $27.61 that I was erroneously charged!!! Won’t be using this location again, since they were reckless with their customers credit card, charging the wrong person for the dirty return.
Janine GKim at our pickup locational was phenomenal and Sean at the drop off couldnt have been nicer. Only problem was the lock was really hard to get undone. Kim had trouble with the key...otherwise a very, very pleasant experience!!!

Warren TEasy Pickup and Drop off procedure. Vehicle ready at time of reservation. It was clean and ready to go. Had low gas, so had to put some in the tank. Reminded them about this and received a credit back on the rental fee. Highly recommend this location for helpfulness of the folks.

Pele SYou should have a question regarding how was the service. I would not recommend U-Haul for the following reasons: I went online and ordered my truck and the location. I want to pick it up. Three or four hours later I got a call from U-Haul who said there is no truck at that location. Was told another location I could pick it up, but there was only a size, smaller than I wanted available. I politely asked the who is helping me on the phone why the U-Haul website said there was a vehicle at the location I wanted if there wasn’t yet she had access to the information. She cannot explain this. Definitely, Mr., in this day and age that your computer system cannot accurately state where vehicles are. I know you’re reading this email and probably some customer service person in this information will not be sent up above is clearly the damage companywide problem that they have not been able to fix. I don’t know how they can expect to get business, but only that they have sort of a monopoly and there are not those mini trucks available.
