Not all the equipment I reserved was available. Started out in tacoma Washington and had to move my reservation to this location upon arrival the appliance dolly i reserved was not there. Then when I returned my reservation this location had closed even though my reservation was until 11 pm. That's not thr problem what actually was the problem was no drop box for they keys so I had to bring them back the next morning. When I did i let them know the person who checked me in said they had been there as late as 9 pm to check in returns and I made sure to get back before nine and no one to take my return. When I let the manager know he more or less called me a liar. Start ti finish terrible experience. Barely got a sorry and ended up costing more than double . I feel i should have gotten some kind of discount for all of this.

The pickup process was a nightmare. Took almost an hour due to slow server issues. I would not recommend U-Haul due to this experience. Put me an hour behind in my moving schedule. And I have several people waiting on me during this time.
Daniel OPicked up early and returned it it was a great experience I loved I could get the truck at 730am not 9am like another place
WALTER NWhen we got the truck home and opened the back, there was throw up all over the cargo area. A lot of it. We should have checked before taking it, but we didn't. We were on a time schedule, with helpers showing up, so had no time to return it. We had to hose it out and put tarps down and hope we didn't all get sick. Someone said it was probably a homeless person who got in there after the truck was checked out, but still... not a good experience, disgusting. If it were locked up properly they couldn't have gotten in.
Charles LThe van was filthy inside and out. The tire pressure was low and giving alert messages.
