Like I said, nobody there. It's self-checkout, and in another town from where I live. Why can't it be dropped at a nearby location of my choice in my own town?

Brittany CThe place I picked up the trailer was great. Helpful and friendly. The trailer was good. Clean. He showed me how to use the trailer. Was happy with that. HOWEVER. On my way home I realized it would be much easier and quicker to drop the trailer in Ottawa at another Uhaul location. So i called and was told they would charge me another $100 on top of what i already paid just so that I could drop it off and save 1.5 hours of driving. So i had to return to the perth location. Then they send me my receipt completely in french. I am not french. I dont speak a word of french. I am from Ottawa Ontario. Not quebec. Not a big deal but very annoying.

Louis NVery disappointed. Not with the Perth location. But with the online booking experience. The booking confirmed a trailer available 5 minutes from where I needed it to be. But the day before U-Haul called me and told me there was nothing there and I had to go 50 minutes to pick one up. Very disappointed.

Melissa BNo customer service with either pick up or drop off. Total time in office for a $35 rental was over 90 minutes. When my security deposit was to be returned, was informed it couldn’t be done and would have cheque mailed to me. As I was leaving office informed me it would be 4-6 weeks for cheque to arrive. Micky mouse operation. I’ll update in 4-6 weeks.

robert kThe ball receiver was too big allowing the ball to shake and rattle way too much when the trailer was empty. This needs to be tightened, both for the longevity of the customers vehicle and the enjoyment (sanity) if the travellers … loud and annoying.
Scott SSeveral weeks ago I rented a 26' truck from this location. When I arrived the only trucks available were 15'. This caused me financial loses as I had hired 4 people and the project took longer than expected. I had to pay for two trips with the truck instead of one. This past week I reserved a 15' truck. When I arrived only 26' tricks were available. This caused me to pay more in rental fees and in gas. I am not impressed with the reliability of this rental location. UHaul did not have the equipment I reserved on two occasions and nothing was done to reimburse me for my financial loses and inconveniences.
Ted OVehicle interior was extremely dirty. The vehicle that was shown reserved for me on the U-haul site was not the vehicle that I was provided. This made it challenging to fit all the contents we needed to move. Fuel consumption was also very high with this vehicle. The host at this outlet was very hospitable and helpful.

connie NWe have poor cell service here in Lanark County, Ontario. I have trouble completing the virtual drop-off process due to a weak cell signal. AN option to upload a photo rather than having to take the photo at the moment of upload could simplify this process. Please see if you can add this to the virtual drop-off process. For example, if I could confirm my location when dropping off the vehicle, take a photo of the odometer & fuel gauge, and then complete the on-line process & upload photo on wifi when I return home, that would work a lot better in this rural area. Thanks.

Derek RI could not even move the truck out of the yard better yet not even from the exact parking spot where it sat when I arrived for pickup. Lot was not plowed I booked 2 days in advance for 6am. Got there after 35 mins after 6 I got approval. Then I tried to backup could move could move forward spin spin. I called for help they called a tow truck from ottawa when I informed them there plenty of tow in perth. PURE NONSENSE! I even went and got sand of coarse it didn't work. By 1230 I gave up no tow nothing lack of management,maintenance organization,lack of initiative, no common sense, lack of customer service,etc. On top of that I have to wait for my money back bullshit. I had to do all the work and to have the employee look and ask me the customer anything I could have tried. Who the hell in this world actually helps customers anymore? Everyone wants to get paid and not put in any effort. Out of this failure my kids do r have mattress for their beds. Again I won't be surprised uhaul will take my money. The minute I cancelled money should be put straight in my account. Can't take money from someone and not do the job. In conclusion I WANT MY F**CKING MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! MINE NOT YOURS! I guess I will sleep on the floor tonight.

Dale RI had to wait almost an hour for the employee to return from lunch, and there was no gas in the vehicle when I picked it up. Since I was already very late this was an added inconvenience that was not needed on top of everything.
Sarah MIn essence, there was very little communication. Even though my rental time went beyond the closing time of this location, I was not warned that the fences would be locked. When I got back, my car was impossible to get out. I had no choice but to drive the empty truck back home, 90km away, and then return it the next day. I called repeatedly to sort this out, but never got an answer. The VM box was always full. When I showed up the next day during "open" hours to drop the truck and get my car, nobody was on site. I was then charged with the extra 180km of trip even though the owner was at fault. I demand a refund for that distance.

John PThe trucks mechanical state was not up to par all day when driving all you could smell was a rotten egg smell which indicates to me that you catalytic converter is gone and perhaps that’s why it consumes so much gas I drove 300 km and spent $300 in gas not impressed at all by the age of the truck that we were given as well it says fuel-efficient fuel saver on the side I didn’t save any money on fuel and I’ve done this movie before and never spend any more than $150 in gas
