I left phone messages with site and never responded to. This site is ok for drop off but have overcharged me for truck rentals in the past. There was someone that watched me drop trailer and did not offer to assist. If person was watching for theft, area was covered with cameras so not really necessary.

I only drove 180km but was charged for 315km. From McNamee storage U-Haul to 2975 N. Albion Road in Ottawa, then to Balderson and then back to McNamee storage U-Haul. They do not seem interested in correction this.
Adam RI couldn't get the app to work to pick the truck up when the place was closed.
CHARLOTTE ODropped the trailer off early was on a Saturday instead of a Sunday.. another person was there to pick up his trailer was very helpful for us. We did not see anyone else… hopefully, everything went well… please let me know if there’s any information I need to know…
