Both pick up and drop off points were excellent. however, your scheduling was terrible. I asked for a 20 fter for saturday in person pickup. on Friday afternoon i was contacted to tell me that the 20 wasnt available but that i could get a 23fter at at different location. on saturday morning i was contacted to tell me that the location had changed. i went the the place and it was closed. no key was available. the owner couldnt be contacted. no indication was given to either him or me that the pickup would NOT be in person. so... no truck. an hour later i was given a 15fter at a third location. somehow i squeezed everything into the 15fter. but the vehicle did not come with a dolly or packing blankets i ordered, as the operator didnt have any. this was refunded immediately. he was excellent, but he could not give me something he didnt have and didnt know i needed. for the inconvenience, the scheduler issued me a $50 rebate. to be clear, both schedulers and the pickup and dropoff personnel were excellent. i do not blame them in the slightest. but something is broken in your process. you need to fix some part of your system.
