It really was not the locations fault. The U-haul system was down. I had to call in to get checked in. The process was over an hour to get checked in. I could have called in sooner and been out much faster. Won't keep me from renting trailers in the future. Very convenient and and well worth the price considering I had it 4 days.

donald sI think this location happened to be one of those places where a low frequency event, a rental, met a postive person who didn't know a lot about the process. We worked through it however, and the employee's willingness to help lift the trailer onto the hitch certainly helped.
