I never, never again will call go u haul. I would rather hang myself than to subject myself to the absolute worst customer service ever again!!! EVER@!

I realized after I filled the truck up with gas at the end that it was lower/emptier than the contract indicated. I drove 32 miles and paid for over 6 gallons of gas. Because I had not noticed it before I left the lot, there was nothing to be done. I will check more closely next time! Otherwise, had a good experience, and the employee working was kind and helpful.

Management never gave proper paperwork, didn’t ask before adding insurance to the total, and the mileage was incorrect, would not recommend

This has nothing to do with the pick up location, that gentleman was very pleasant and helpful. My issue is with the people who call the day before. I was scheduled for a Saturday 11/1/25 8:00 am pick up at a different location. Received a call from U-Haul, explaining my original location no longer had my truck so redirected me. So be it. Lady informs me that I will still be able to have an 8 am pickup, by using the app. I arrived on location, only to find that this location does not offer such services and did not open till 9 am. So lost an hour, had multiple people helping waste their time for nothing, all because the U-Haul rep had no clue what she was talking about. Lost time, money, as well annoyed the people helping me all thanks to U-Haul reps. I'll go Penske next time.
