They lied and charged me a cleaning fee. When I asked to see the photos of the alleged mess, no photos were presented. I’m still waiting on the photos.

Devyn EWe rented a uhual and went 12 miles, got charged for gas and a cleaning fee. Had the vehicle for 2 hours and moved one wooden antique dresser. This was a horrible experience, the guy said it would be $50 and then charged us over a $100 for no reason at all. He was upset with me because his Google listing shows another location right next door him. I will assure we will never rent from U-Haul again and will ensure everyone knows about this scam.
