Not sure of his name, but wasn't very friendly. Didn't get any paperwork and wasn't informed what truck it was, had to try all trucks and eventually go ask. Then when we asked to update to a 20ft, it showed we rented both 15 and 20ft and we didn't. Also the customer support 800 number had a really long wait time. Wasn't feasible to wait that long when doing a mobile pick up. Thankfully they were still in store but other than that, would not recommend.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWell, whatever that did go wrong had nothing to do with this location, I just hope I can be refunded for the police tow on a warrant that I didn't know I had for the reason my ex-boyfriend had put me in the hospital for 4 days with a concussion! I hope so, bc I only had the rental for less than 6 hrs, & I never should've been arrested, ESPECIALLY since I was assaulted by him & appearantly I was charged with the same thing he was 8 days after he was, while he was still in jail! I don't understand Indiana.. But like I said, it doesn't reflect on this location, especially since the gentleman who helped me was super nice, professional & kind! Thank you! Renting again, today!
