ANDRES AIt took the rental agent about 30 minutes for each transaction. The U-Haul server was apparently running extremely slowly. There were two customers ahead of me. It took one hour and 20 minutes to pick up the vehicle! I had to hire someone to help me with the move. He was charging me $45 per hour, so the wait cost me $60 in payment to my idle helper. I had a reservation, but the truck I ordered was not available so I had to accept a truck without a ramp which made the mover much harder and it took much longer. Never again!

ISMAEL PWhile I can back up a 20 ft steel dump trailer with relative ease, I could not back up this little thing (without lots of room) for the life of me. The drop off area was very tight, and the guy wanted it backed between two tightly parked trailers building the building. I offered to unhook it close by and move it in by hand. He insisted, and thankfully my brother came with me and was able to do it. The guy then picked it up and moved it again by hand, and then said it’s “really light” and laughed. Not sure why we couldn’t have done it that way in the first place when I was stated I was uncomfortable and worried about backing into the other trailers. Will not return to this location, and will always find a full UHaul location on future trips to the Phoenix area, as they have always been exceptionally helpful.

KATHY E1st nowhere on the website does it state that a credit card, NOT a cisa debit, was required to rent a pickup truck. So we went with the smallest box van & would come back the following AM (had to use parent's card) to swap trucks. When they opened the next AM, we went in to swap from the small Box Van for the pick up. The associate was not the same person that we dealt with the day before. This guy wanted to know what we needed it for and why, told him what we needed to move despite being none of his business. He proceeded to try to convince me that I was better off with the van, pressing me to the point I could not deal with him not listening to me so I walked off to get my husband. I truly felt like he thought I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman, it became more obvious when my husband and I got back to the counter. He didn't treat my husband any where close to the way he had treated me. When we returned the truck a few days later, I learned that they had charged my mother for the Box Van which was supposed to be on one bill to me not split up.
MICHAEL VOn Saturday received 2nd truck with less than half gas at 8am, after renting a van from them the day before, used u-haul storage, workers and 2 trucks, very rude old man ( white hair ) at 8am, terrible terrible service and had the nerve to yell at me in front of other customers after forgetting to add a dolly, not only was on the order on line, when I arrived I have asked for the dolly again. So twice so i trusted the place, when arrived home dolly wasn't there so had to drive 10 miles back to get it, and in top of that got charged, no apologies or nothing, just yelling it was my fault, but I asked twice?? They shouldn't have people with no customer skills, as moving is stressful enough and that's why we hired workers. storage, and 2 trucks all i wanted was a smooth move not caring the price. But just because we don't show with a man doesn't mean we deserve to be treat it like that. If they are too old or stress because of the job they shouldn't work with customers as we don't pay for rudeness, we pay for service. So please if you want a good start with your move stay away from this location. 2 days in a row with a rude old guy too early in the morning, he should be fired, because Inwill spread the word to stay away fr this location.

JEREMY MLong Trailers are very difficult to load and unload because they are parked close to a wall where is it very hard to make the turn to back them in. I would think twice before getting a long trailer at this location for that reason. There are other areas where there is more room to maneuver where they should probably be located. There is also a boat and RV blocking the entrance to the alley where they are stored which make it impossible to turn in the alley from the main parking lot. Not the Uhaul dealers fault but just makes this site less attractive to do business.
STEVEN NFuel indicator is broken, it is always empty level even I fill 7 gallons into the gas tanks ,it let me feel uncomfortable ,I afraid of needing roadside assistance.
CHUN KWas quoted $68 over the phone but at the end of 24 hours they charged me $400 total. This felt like I got scammed out of $300 extra!! I even filled the tank to full and they wrote me down 2 gallons short. I filled it up across the street before I dropped it off! Horrible service, huge rip off.
CODY KMake sure yall communicate with the location and works with you. I was waiting on hold for 30 minutes because I could not check in to get the truck online and come to find out the key was never placed in the night before. Communication can be worked on.

LYNDON VWhile I understand how renting a truck isn't a glamorous experience. The truck I wanted originally was a pickup but when I called they said it was not available and asked what I needed the truck for and suggested a small box truck, same price and lower to the ground. I very much appreciated that and went with a small box truck. When I got the truck it had been heavily used, over 114k miles, the seat wouldn't move forward with a the clerks help. Also not under this locations control stating $19.95 as rental fee and also charging another $20 to rent is actully $39.95.
