Hard to rate as I did night drop- off. Overall, I appreciate the night drop off option, but it does take a lot of time to do that on the app - pictures, multiple questions etc.

Owner was there when checking in and later checking out when I returned vehicle. All went well. Problem with these smaller franchises is that unless the business owner is present other employees are not trained or confident enough to do the required check out/ check in processes.

My truck was filthy, needed an oil change, and the wire harness (for a trailer) didn't work at all. Clean the trucks thoroughly, change the oil on time, perform other maintenance, and perform a standard operations check for readiness. I am sure Uhaul already has these measures installed, but this particular truck was not ready.

I reserved and paid for my truck several weeks out. When I arrived the truck had been rented and so I had to wait. Then I had to take a smaller truck. The money credited was a nice gesture. Unfortunately moving is very stressful and this didn't help.

The keys for this truck was in lockbox and given to me. That meant NO cleaning for Covid-19 was done.....also truck had AC go on/off for over 150 miles in 110 degree heat

Although this location was amazing and saved me. My original pickup was at the location on priest and elliot. I set it for a phone pickup a month in advance and when I got there, they did not set it up. So after 40 minutes on hold a customer service representative helped me find the wrong sized truck but it was something.
