Your attendant wouldn't help me. Your app and website are defective.I could not get a verification code to log in to complete the pick up. Your customer service off just as awful as your app and web experience. I called in 4 times for help and was transferred around. Almost 20 on hold the first time.told sunshine could check me in over the phone and was redirected to your defective check in portal. It time just an hour to get the keys. Then the van had a problem with the breaks, the radio/navigation kept turning on and off, and most dangerous, power steering assist kept failing. This vehicle should have never been rented to me, it was a dangerous piece of junk. You should really be embarrassEd that no one wanted to actually help, they either redirected me to unanswered phone queues or to the app/web site which doesn't work. Btw, if location services are required, the instructions should say so. If pictures must be in landscape or portrait orientation, the instructions should say so. Your dev team is lazy and you did not test the user experience. And your check out price was $79 for a $19.95 rental. Total bait and switch. Whomever is in charge of your training and customer support and app/web development should be fired. If you want help fixing your awful processes, I know how to do that and could immediately help you fix it...not really looking for a job. I'm just really frustrated and don't think your service is worth the price even for free.Harold R.

I returned the truck at night. The area was not well lit. There were random people on the side of the building casually hanging out which made returning the key to the drop box very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location if safety is a top priority. The van was clean and tank full.Rita P.

This was not the original drop off location. When I made the reservation the drop off location was different. The location did not except one way drop offs. Went 3 places total before being able to drop off. For the money I believe the locations for pickup or delivery should be updated. Other than that all went well. Thank youPaula W.

Allow the customer to complete all of the check in process (with the exception of taking photos of the rental vehicle) through the app PRIOR to arriving at the pick up location. I stood outside a closed building taking photos of myself, my DL, and the vehicle, and also had to wait while my emergency contact was contacted - it was cold and there was no one else around. It would have been helpful to have all of the verifications done ahead of time.Sue R.
