Set up for mobile pick up at 8:30. Clicked pick up truck and it said go to office when they open at 7:30. They didn't open until 9, so was late in picking up truck. On returning, clicked return truck and it kept getting an error on share location, so I just dropped keys in box and left. Also charged extra for fuel because the gauge was a bit lower than pickup. Trucks should be given out full and returned full. Easy to figure out gas needed that way. Not given with a little more than 1/4 of a tank.Jason D.

Unless you live right door to the drop off location beware of extra mileage charges. U-Haul did not provide adequate mileage allowance to cover the distance to the nearest drop off location after unloading our stuff. The extra mileage charge is essentially built in for less densely populated areas. Thanks a bunch for the "gouge charge" U-Haul.George M.

The pickup I rented reeked of cigarettes, there was a cigarette burn in the driver's seat, the bed had butts in it. There was random promotional cardboard and a dirty mask between the drivers and passengers seat. My partner felt sick and uncomfortable in the vehicle in this condition. The employee was pleasant to deal with but the product was crap. It was their last trailer available and we had a deadline so I had to take it without proper tail lights. I ordered a uhaul for 3 days, I needed it from Perth to Kingston and then I'd return it in Kingston. The Uhaul was ordered but said it had to be returned to Perth, so I called to make sure it could be dropped off in Kingston. I'm told theres no problem and that I can do that. Come moving day my uhaul is driven to Kingston and I get a text saying I need to RETURN IT TO PERTH THAT NIGHT. They did not pick up the phone once for me to sort out the issue, their messaging box is full, I had to pay double mileage and gas as well as drive my own car back to Perth. Now I'm screwed and spending twice as much money and I STILL cant get through to uhaul. 0/10, waste of 300 dollars.Jacob W.

Call ahead if you have any questions. There are 2 return sites. Use this one. Its their main Uhaul site. They're very friendly. The driveway for the return site is hard to see at night, especially if you're tired. You'll see the UHAUL trucks in the parking lot.Deborah G.

The pricing is very misleading. Advertising 19.99 to rent a small truck but the cost for mileage is brutal. So a round trip of around 160 miles cost over $200. Having said that, the service was great, the truck was clean, and the location was easy to access.mary B.

This is the second time I have dropped off a vehicle at this location and both times they provided excellent service. This last time they went over and above what normally might be expected. I had concerns dropping the vehicle after hours with an appliance mover in the unlocked box, so they supplied me with a lock to secure it, a nice touch and much appreciated.Ian T.

First. Have a working printer in the shop so customers have a copy of the contract with them as they move. This location does not/did not have a working printer. Second. No onboard information on estimated fuel volume necessary to return truck as specified. I had to set the ignition switch to light up the gauges, then go back and forth from truck to gas pump. The manager was trying to prevent me from picking up the trailer. They told me I could not take it because someone else was taking it at a later date. After speaking to uhaul at the 1-800 number I went back to go get the trailer and had to push the trailer onto my truck because someone parked a truck in front of the trailer and none of the employees said they didin't know whos truck it was. The location was good but the process of getting the truck was a nightmare. I got an email the day before I was supposed to move telling me my car was not available. It took me 2 hours to get a hold of someone and then I was told that my only option was to drive 1 hour out of town to pick up a truck. I don't understand what the point of reserving a truck is if the day before I'm told what I reserved is not available. It was a considerable hassle for me and not worth my time. I will not be renting with uhaul again and I will heavily discourage any one I know from doing so.Mehran R.

The computer system is awkward. Even though I had done a pre-checkout it took several minutes for the agent to go through the local checkout process. the online pick up option was not working for me. It sent me an email, but using the link to log in it continually told me my email address was not recognized, despite having sent the email to that address in the first place. Allow the customer to take the unit to the proposed dropoff location and not call indicating the unit was expected at another location because a customer was waiting for it.. I rented the trailer on a Friday and planned on delivering it on Monday, as I had indicated to the agent I would need it for 4 days and he charged me for 4 days.. I delivered it to the requested depot which was 20 kms out of my way each direction. so I used gas and time but no adjustment to the agreement.. Renter beware !!!Brian R.

Very poor location management. Trailer was not there when i went to pick it up. Clerk just shrugged and said there was not much she could do. (she did try calling though). I rented the trailer for 5 days but realized i completed my trip in three. Tried calling the location all day the day prior to return with no answer (during business hours), tried calling the next day no answer. Took trailer back and no one was at the location.
