Terrible customer service. Terrible scheduling system. Rude employees. Put my move back by 2 hours causing me to have to pay extra for the movers I hired for them to stay a max of 30 extra minutes because I was so late picking up my truck due to uhaul's scheduling and the incompetent man who ran the location I picked up the truck. This experience has caused me to never rent from uhaul again in the future.CALLI B.
I had a wonderful experience here and especially want to thank Kelvin for being so accommodating and helpful. He got me a truck on the first of the month when no one else in the city had anything available. He was quick and also very friendly. I will definitely be back!ASHLEY W.

Horrible customer service. Spoke about going outside to smoke marijuana & cursed during my entire visit to this establishment. They were rude & unorganized. I had to argue about leaving my car parked on their lot. They suggested I park my vehicle across the street on someone else property. â€œNothing is going to happen to your car girlâ€. Gave me a Uhaul that had literally just came back & wasn't cleaned. Did not explain instructions well for drop off. When I dropped off, I was eventually met by a man who appears to live at the establishment. He told me to move the Uhaul to the back of the building where there was no lighting while I had my kids. Offered to move it for me, but â€œdidn't knowâ€ if I would be charged for this. I am very dissatisfied & disappointed. I use uhual EVERY TIME I move & this was the worst experience I ever had. I called this morning to tell them about my experience & ask about the price changes (the prices changed 3 times). I guess this isn't okay to do. I was told I should be lucky I didn't get charged for being late. Well I guess I should feel lucky! I sure don't!JAELYN G.

This place was extremely busy all day of my rental but the staff here were always friendly and staying positive. The only issue was uhaul booked my reservation for 8:30 but this site does not open until 9. That needs to be changed on the website to avoid confusionLACEY K.

Simply stated, this is a HORRIBLE location for a U-haul provider . . . it's a tiny used car lot with less than adequate accessibility from roadway and interior space for easy maneuvering of trucks or trailers. The equipment is kept in an unpaved and unlevel rear lot flanked by overgrown vegetation. To gain access, one must pass over several small clay mud pits - this made pulling the auto transport with car loaded a bit cumbersome. I had included a tow hitch in my initial reservation but still had to drive down the street to auto store to purchase the stud and cotter pin as these had been taken from the hitch they had in their office. I was reimbursed with cash which was nice. The staff did their best for the most part (especially helping push a non-starting car onto the trailer - man, that dude was STRONG!) and troubleshooting a non-working rear tail light, which only needed a short segment of flat four cable. Also, they helped out with trying to jump start the car with a battery pack. Problem was not the battery though.RYAN R.

The space is too tight for regular parking, let alone picking up a trailer and navigating in and out of location. Employees very friendly and helpful.kelli W.
Super friendly and helpful staff there. He made it very easy and fun to drop off the trailer. It is behind a very full car lot that makes it a challenge to get to and it's a dirt road so I wouldn't want to go there in a heavy rain.David S.

My rental had to be there for 9am, I had it back on time, but know one shows up until around 11am. That's not the problem. Problem is I had questions, and there was different times of opening, because running more than one business (It's your business) just need to be more organized. So I try doing it on line and putting the keys in the Dropbox. By the time I was done it was around 11am not a organize place. I got charged a extra $58.81 PLEASE TELL ME WHY!!!? NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH RETURNCAROLYN D.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.BOOKED AT ONE LOCATION AND WERE MOVED AROUND THE CITY TO FIND THE 10 FT TRUCK WE ORIGINALLY BOOKED. We had a half tank of gas instead of a full tank for some reason. when I called in to see if we could fill up the tank and get a credit back on the statement I said no just fill it back to half a tank. This is difficult to do because we weren't sure exactly how many gallons is in a full tank so we bought extra gas and werent compensated for it.MATTHEW B.

Great experience with this location. We booked the truck same day to move a couch. The employees were friendly and efficient. They even pulled up the truck for our convenience and we were quickly on our way. Upon returning the truck, we quickly received our final receipt via email. I usually prefer mom & pop business, but this place was overwhelmed and unorganized. I rented a truck for 3 hours and drove it 20mi. Someone didn't process that I returned the truck, because they first charged me for having it 3 days and 20mi. Then eventually charged me again saying the truck was used 111mi (and didn't email a receipt when the milage change was made; I saw fresh charges in my bank account). Each time I called, I was told someone would look into it, and they'd abruptly hang up the phone. Uhaul Corporate thankfully accepted the milage photos I took and processed a refund on their own.JAMES R.

Someone just took the keys and said they'd take care of it as soon as we pulled up. Didn't go over the truck with us to check for damage or check fuel while we were there. They charged us for 2 gallons of fuel when we filled it to more than what it had when I picked it up. Guess I should have taken a picture of the fuel gage before we turned it in. Not really worth fighting the around $6 extra for the fuel charge, but still frustrating. I mainly chose this location for drop off because it was closer than a uhaul only location.ALBERT P.

This is a very busy uhaul so you have to be prepared for unavailable truck sizes and long waits, but other than that, the service is SUPERB!Arielle C.
