The parking lot was too tight to get any full pictures for the u-haul app. When I got to my destination to pick up my package, I opened the back door and the hard plastic that had the camera fell down. I did not hit anything or go anywhere that would have bumped that area. I told the gentleman that was a the office and he says he was already aware that that part was broken and said don’t worry about it. I’ve now seen on my receipt that someone will be contacting me about repairs. I asked the gentleman 4 times before I left if there was anything I needed to do, he said no because it happened before me. I need someone to work this out and contact me.

Jonathan CVery easy and efficient pickup and drop off.
Isabel RI was in and out quickly in about 10 minutes or so. I thought everything was pretty good, the only thing would maybe be extra furniture dollies. (But honestly, I didn’t reserve anything ahead of time and it was the end of the day when I arrived, so I don’t think it is a big deal).
Matthew FLocation was easy to find, well lit and the yard was organized. Staff made drop off a breeze
