When I dropped off the trailer at the correct drop off location, I learned the new trailer had never been transferred into my name so contractually I was returning the wrong trailer. Thankfully the two guys who were there figured it all out. They knew I was stressed out and they were incredibly accomodating and professional. I was expecting a horrrendous ending to this saga and I am rarely PLEASENTLY suprised by customer service. I was SHOCKED and very appreciative.

Charles RVery convenient location for in-town moves. Had a slight hiccup with the self-check in to pick up the truck (partially my fault), but they fixed it in the office immediately and I was on the road in no time. Really want to shout out Simply The Best Move for hired loading and unloading help. They fit WAY more of my stuff into my 10’ truck than I ever thought possible, and did it safely and with care. Very courteous and nice folks and would def use them again!
