(1) I was told that I would get a refund/discount for returning the truck by 11:00 on Sunday rather than on Tuesday. We rushed to unload and return it but apparently there is no discount. (2) I had provided the driver's license and information before pickup day. However, we were required to provide another photo of the license ON THE PERSONAL PHONE of the employee. This seems inappropriate and sketchy. Why did we need to provide another photo of the driver's license?
