Melinda S.Where the trucks are parked, the general public park their cars close to the rental units and makes it a little tight to get a large rental truck out/in. A little signage should help. Otherwise no complaints....personnel were great to work with/very helpful....overall a good experience.

James F.If you offer stuff online, make sure to have it there for your customers. The location is strictly a pickup & drop off location only. They did NOT have everything we ordered online through the U-Haul website.
Angie E.I tried to order moving blankets when making the reservation. I was told to contact the pick up site to order them. I called them and was told that they had lots of them. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told “sorry, we thought we had plenty. Needless to say I didn't have the blankets for the move.

steven V.Although we had reserved pads they were not available when we arrived. We had to drive 30 minutes to get pads. They were helpful in finding some but the inconvenience of having to spend an hour getting them was annoying.
Hardice J.U-Haul did a poor job of keeping me informed about whether we would receive a truck of the size we requested and at the location we requested. I received an email indicating that I would be contacted with 11 days prior to the move, but was not contacted at that time. Then I received an email stating that I would be contacted three days prior to the move, but again I was not contacted. This left me worried about whether I was going to get the requested truck on the date needed and at the desired location. I understand that this is a high demand time of year and the location was a small town, but U-Haul could improve in their communication. I had requested a 17' truck. When I arrived at the rental location, I was told 17' truck are being phased out and was offered a 20' truck at the same rate. That turned out OK, but why does U-Haul still list 17' trucks on its website? The truck I rented was clean, in good repair, etc. except that I was glad it didn't rain during my move as I noticed one of the wiper blade inserts needed replacement. I appreciated that moving help options are integrated into the U-Haul website. The last time I moved (over 7 years ago) this feature wasn't available. It made it much easier to find movers to load and unload the truck.

Robert G.I reserved the truck and car carrier at this location. They never asked me if I had any discounts to apply. When I came to pick up I mentioned that I did not get to apply these discounts, I got a "sorry it is too late for you to apply them here is a 1800 number to call. Like I had time to load the truck, travel, unload the truck and call all at the same time.

Had to pay for an additional day that we weren'the expecting, plus the overage on mileage ended up paying more than we were expecting to pay.
