I was called by UPS representative (corporate) and told that the 5'x10' trailer that I was to rent was not available . I could use a 4'x8' or drive to Fairbury to get the correct size trailer. For improvement customer service it would have been better if someone could have went to get the trailer instead of me given the option to drive 100 miles out of the way for the correct trailer that I already rented. This is not the Beatrice Mead Lumber issue but a corporate issue. Overall the service at Meads was good.
