Make sure they are to check fuel before because was wrong on sheet tht was given, and equipment was missing pin so had to purchase one at 31$ and had to go to 2 different locations for rental, which was not informed untill day of pickup.

Nathan MThey were super nice and went above and beyond for me.
Stormi MI was called by UPS representative (corporate) and told that the 5'x10' trailer that I was to rent was not available . I could use a 4'x8' or drive to Fairbury to get the correct size trailer. For improvement customer service it would have been better if someone could have went to get the trailer instead of me given the option to drive 100 miles out of the way for the correct trailer that I already rented. This is not the Beatrice Mead Lumber issue but a corporate issue. Overall the service at Meads was good.
