We had great service when we reserved the trailer, picked up the trailer and returned it. The person went outside in the cold light rainy weather to help hook it up for us and came out to help when we returned it. Will highly recommend this location.

These people always do a great job even bough they where not my first choice as I made reservations to pick up closer to me weeks I advance and a couple days before I was to pick it up I get a message saying they would not be able to get the truck I needed but would swap out with a truck twice the size witch is in satin as why would I use something twice the size I need to just pay more in fuel so I had to cancel and go out of my way 30 miles to get a truck I needed
David MOrdered an appliance cart for the trip - didn’t have one - but let us use the store cart but had to bring it back - it worked for the front end of the trip - but not the unload part
JERRY GThis was a new truck, only 4400 miles on it. The cab was dirty (dried spilled coffee), dusty, etc. The truck already needs an alignment as it pulls to the right pretty hard. The outside of the truck was also very dirty.

Angela SDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue regarding overcharges on my recent rental. I rented a truck for one day, but I was incorrectly charged for two days. Despite returning the truck on time, I was also charged an additional $75, which included charges for 30 extra miles, one day of SafeMove, and one additional day of rental. The team at the drop-off location acknowledged that this was a mistake caused by a system glitch and assured me that they have notified U-Haul about this issue. I have already requested a credit for the extra amount, and I would like this amount of $75 refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any further details to process this refund. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
SHRENUJ MAgain, due to not getting our original vehicle, we were required to downsize to smaller unit, requiring us to make an added trip for our move. While the rental teams were exceptionally helpful, our U-Haul experience was not.
Michelle VI was charged an extra 160 over the quoted price, then told I would get 100 of it back upon returning the truck, which I have not received.

Ricky WI was charged an extra mileage charge that I was not expecting. I moved to a small town and didn't think there was a drop off location there. So, I had to drive to a neighboring town to drop off the vehicle. I tried to adjust my reservation, but was told that I'd incur a change of drop off charge, so there didn't seem to be any good options. The excess fees were disappointing.

angela hthis location did not have any of their equipment ready to rent. All of their equipment was snowed in. It had been three days since it snowed, an employee had to use his personal truck in order to pull the equipment out of the area that it was in only after they dug it out. The business parking lot was nicely plowed and maintained the parking lot in which they kept the U-Haul equipment had not been touched. From the time I walked in to the time I left was 45 minutes which made me late to my commitment that I had that evening

Patrick RPerhaps link the reservation of U-Hauls to all pick up locations... So when physically standing at one location. You can reserve the size you want without having to use a phone.
Jerred RIt was okay. Not much of a selection. We were never informed of the buttons to push off with a load or empty load. Check engine light was on. If I have to use a U-Haul again I’ll mostly go elsewhere.

Eric FCalled u-haul for a 20 ft u-haul they said no problem but they didn’t know which “Lincoln NE” location. I get a call a day before and they say it’s in Beatrice. I don’t live in Nebraska I had to find someone to drive me a hour away for a truck I was told would be in Lincoln. Then I get there and they give me a 26’ truck. Some people might see that as a upgrade but it cost me. I didn’t need a 26’ truck and they get way worse fuel mileage. When you are going 400 miles and gas is $4 a gallon it’s a price I didn’t want to pay. Mead rental was great. U-haul customer call center not great. I want a discount on my next truck
Alex TTruck was dirty and needed to be swept out. No instructions on how to drive the truck. The personal was more interested in getting me out the door then really helping.
Matthew DI actually rented a 15' truck but by the time I picked it up it had been changed to a 26' truck for the same price. Turned out to be very useful to have a larger truck so the upgrade was appreciated
