Renting for the first time in my life WOW!! what an experience, Krupa and Arjun were really great in processing my U-Haul experience. Well Done guys !! Great store with great idea of having U-HAUL very convenient. MUST VISIT everyone.

I picked this location because it has extended hours. It's a small location and is combined with a convenience store, which ended up being convenient. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is limited

This location was terrible he didn’t explain nothing was very weird about the whole situation. The man never walked me through the truck. Once I got in the truck n drove it to my location where I was picking up the stuff to move i opened up the back door and inside was absolutely disgusting and I called him and he said to me oh well. Equipment we ordered (moving pads) was not there. Information provided by Uhaul, online, specifically stated in the email confirming the order, and in a phone call specifically confirming the info, was wrong. Everything said we could pick up the specific vehicle with a Debit card with major CC logo (i.e. Visa) which we have. We were told vans must be rented on credit cards and so only a 10' truck could be used. Dodgy. In the end, had to ETRANSFER THE CASH!!! Ultra dodgy! Totally unimpressed. Will most definitely ONLY USE UHUAL main depots from now on.

Van inside was dirty and the passenger sit had so much dog hair your clothes would have been totally covered. Not a good rental experience.

Fast and efficient, I appreciate that it was clear where to park and the counter was marked. Their hours are longer than stated online, call ahead if you need to pick up or drop off outside of the stated hours - they were able to accomodate my drop off no problem.

I had reserved the truck for 4 p.m. The customer who had the truck before me had to return it at 3 p.m., but he was not there I had to wait until 4:20 p.m.

I booked the van for the day , the girl in the billing section ask me how much time will and take and told will u be back at 3 and I told may be it’s will take more and she replied in that case will add the time later and around 3.30 onwards I received calls from the place asking me to bring back the truck and was keep on receiving calls while am driving and I told them about the I explained him about the timing and the person told me it’s busy season and the behaviour was not nice , I will never recommend this place to my Frnd’s .

We put too much gas in the tank: would be useful to know how much to put for the mileage we will need, or be able to get a gift card of a minimum amount since we don’t get our cash back… At a certain speed, the steering wheel was shaky… Other than that, everything was perfect.

I drove exactly 30 miles. I put $30 of gas back into it before returning yet there was a 20 dollar fuel charge. I don’t understand why

I booked the U haul with dolly long ago but they could not provide me with dolly. They have asked me to go to other locations to collect it. I called customer center and they have sent me to the main office (2459 princess Street) and those employees were super unprofessional and rude. Overall our moving was very hard and stressful for U haul yesterday. Will never recommend UHaul to any of my friends.

location is a convenience store. took 40 minutes to get my truck cos only 1 employee was working and they kept stopping the rental process to help store customers make purchases. wouldnt take the debit visa card i reserved the truck with on the site. truck was boxed in by other vehicles, employee had me drive the other vehicle to get the rented truck out since they couldnt drive. didn't have dolly I rented on the site then told us to drive to another Uhaul location to get it. will never be reserving at this location again and will be telling others to go to literally any other location.

Very convenient location! Pleasant knowledgeable staff. My only issue was trying to determine if vehicle was gas or diesel when I went to fill it up before returning...perhaps a little sticker by the gas tank would be helpful? Van was perfect size for needs of the day which was based on information provided online! Thanks
