They didn’t have utility dolly that I needed for the move and I asked for it in my online booking. Instead, they asked me to go to another U-Haul location to get it and to return it to the same location. No previous notice was given. I had to run around trying to get dollies and spending too much time on that.

Truck wasn't inspected with dealer, gas was off was supposed to be above half a tank, I have pics, I brought back exactly where it was on fuel when I picked it up and was still charged $78. inside cab was dirty, I have pics.
Robert RUnfortunately, the area seems to be a dead zone for Bell cell service, so couldn't do the self-service option. The people at the store were helpful and got me going, but it took a while to get their computer on and ready. Fine people, fine experience, just not as smooth as the dedicated Uhaul shop on Princess.
Anthony MI paid for my uhaul and was approved and Given a receipt, then at pick up the owner of this location tried to convince me that my payment never went through despite me showing him my online banking and my receipt that HE provided. He also attempted to charge my card again after I had left the store. After I refused to pay DOUBLE the purchase amount we got into a shouting match and I ended up having to call the police. Don’t get a uhaul here.
TYLER SThe whole process and experience with UHaul was not great. First, not knowing if we even had a truck and where and what time it is being picked up until the day before moving day is stressful and not a great way to do things in my opinion. Then when we got to the location for the time we were told to show up, my truck that UHaul "guaranteed and promised" was not there, I booked a 20 foot truck and ended up having to take a 26 foot truck, which was fine, but they wanted to charge me for the 26 foot truck even though it wasn't my fault they didn't have the truck I was promised. We had to call the back office to rectify this, the whole process made me lose about 45 mins on my move time which was very frustrating. UHaul offered me no idea as to where I should be dropping my truck off, as it was a one way trip, I had to call UHauls in the area we were moving to figure this all out. All in all I would not recommend using UHaul and next time that I move I will be looking for something else.
