This is one of the best U-Haul locations we’ve ever used! Super friendly staff, clean trailers and all around just a wonderful experience! We will definitely use this location again for the future!

Stanley WWhen I received this trailer, there was dirt & dust debris in the trailer but nothing that really concerned me. However, when I returned the trailer in the exact same condition I received it, U-Haul charged me a $15.00 cleaning fee and because I dropped the trailer off at an unmanned location, I was not going to drive another 15 minutes back there and 15 minutes back to my office for 30 seconds of pushing a broom. I felt that this was unfair.
Smitty SI don’t like that my deposit wasn’t refunded the same day as I was told it would be. I didn’t know about 5 business days.

Travonia HWas stuck at this location for nearly 2 hours at 6 AM in the wind and rain with no cover or bathroom while trying to get a Lyft or Uber back home. Was absolutely horrible and will never be using this location again for anything at all.
Brian BWe were originally told to drop this trailer off in another state - nearly 2 hours in the wrong direction. We stayed on the phone for a total of 3 calls and nearly an hour to get it changed. Layla was completely incompetent. Fortunately the last agent was able to get our drop off location changed. Very, very frustrating.

John EI ordered a hand cart, Dolly and packing blankets which were not in the truck. When I questioned your representative he said they did not have them but never let me know. There we emptied an apartment without these tools. I am very disappointed with this service.

Thaddeus BThe inside of this establishment stinks like weed and stale cigarettes. Went in to get a drink and we were just stared at and no one said a word to us. Not very inviting. If ever in need of a truck from that area, would not pick up from this location. Doesn’t represent U-Haul very well.

John DI wanted to rent a truck that cost less. I was told the truck was reserved If the person didn't rent the truck I can rent it. I came back the next day. The truck was still there. I asked to rent the truck and was told the person called and said they was coming to rent the truck. I rented anther truck at a higher cost. When I returned the truck, The truck I asked to rent was still there. I have a trust issue with that place of business. I will no longer do business at that establishment .
KIM CIncredibly inconvenient location. Very unhappy with U-Haul and their handling of my reservation. Generally unhelpful attendant when there was a problem with my truck being available for pick up. He left it all up to me to figure out an alternative plan by calling local U-Haul rather trying to be of any assistance
Eric GIt is at a good location, because it is not far from my home, and on my way to where I wanted to go. But I thought the price to rent it was a bit much. And, of course, I was glad to get a small refund, because I didn't use up all the mileage.

Thomas QThe trailer is nearing the end of it's service life, rusted and degraded surfaces at least one safety chain attachment location was rusted through and broken. The pickup location is literally in the middle of no where, almost an hour drive from my requested pickup location and that's 1 way. The U haul counter in a run down convenience store consisted of a laptop and printer. There was absolutely no other evidence that it was a uhaul location except a few trailers parked outside. I've rented from U-Haul 3 time's in the past 2 months and not a single time was the equipment located at my reservation location.

Sally CI had to drive to Franklin from Chesapeake to pickup a truck reserved several days prior. When contacted by U-Haul a day or two before my move I was left with no other choice but to drive over an hour away to get a truck in the size my move required. This location was way off the beaten path, in a somewhat run down convenience store. The clerk was polite and professional but the store was not the cleanest.

Travis MIt wasn’t the location I had issues with he was great and made sure I got what I needed. It was the scheduling service that bothered me. I reserved 2 trucks and they rented them both out after I reserved them. I was furious. I had to search for the right size truck a day before my move in. I called customer service and they got me straight and gave me a $50 discount which was also great. However, when I got to the location the discount number wasn’t working so I had to wait an hour until I got someone on the phone to fix the issue. The location guy was great once again but I will not be using the Uhaul company after this stressful experience.

Carol GGot hit for a cleaning charge for no reason. Truck was clean. Since I dropped off before they opened its my word against theirs. I guess you have to get an extra $25 from people. Again, not the most convenient(or safest) location to drop off. I really think they ripped me off on the cleaning charge.

Robert DI requested a dolly with the truck. There was not one there when I picked it up. There was no one at the rental site when I picked up or dropped off the truck. I messaged through the checkout system let them know it wasn't there so I wouldn't be charged for it. After returning the truck, I was still charged for the dolly. I tried to call the 1800 number but there was a 60 minute wait. I selected the option to be called back. Over an hour later when I was called back, No one ever answered on the other end and the call dropped. The cost of the dolly is not a big deal. I'm really just glad I wasn't charged for not returning it. It is just frustrating that I had to find a dolly somewhere else that morning and more frustrating trying to get in contact with someone.
Andrew MMake the software more user-friendly. Took me approx. 30 minutes to finalize check-in. In the dark, in a dimly lit location. Parking limited, too.
