We arrived a little early and checked in with part of the Mega Central Station Staff leadership. They were vary kind, professional and supportive of the U-haul efforts being run at this location. He (Scottie) called the U-haul rep and asked him and he came in early even though we were not in any hurry. It was just excellent service and the people were very good at communicating expectations and helping us in doing things well. I was impressed with the quality of how the truck handled and was truely easier to drive than I had remembeded in years gone by.

Make sure he knows if he had a truck there

Visor and side mirror were broken . This was a 2nd reservation made because first truck had check engine light in from another location. So they reserved this one we had to drive 25 minutes to pick up. There were supposed to be miles added for this reason but they didn’t do it and this location charged $13 more than the first location. No idea why . U-Haul customer service not up to par .

I did not receive a hard-copy of the contract when I picked up my rental truck, and was unsure how much gas to purchase. Apparently there was an estimate on the contract. I received an EMAIL with the contract after leaving, but the print was too difficult to read on my phone. I ended up purchasing more gas than I needed to.
