I forgot my light adapter and he wouldn't let me take the trailer without the lights being hooked up. Which I appreciated. After I bought the adapter he helped me hook up the trailer and tested the lights. I had a very smooth ride.

The uhaul app didn't work properly for the return. It showed 5 steps to complete but kept looping back to step 1 while I was completing the photo uploads of mileage and fuel level. Fix your app.

Benjamin COrdered 84 furniture pads in advance and was not given 1. Had to call to the U-Haul in Rogers, AR to get pads. Got 54 from them.
