I requested in person check out and this location didn’t offer that. It cost me half an hour trying to figure out how to get checked in. And I was on a tight schedule so that screwed up my day. So I don’t know why they changed me to this location from the one I originally booked. Once I got a hold of someone on the phone, she was great! I would have been in trouble without her.
Trevor LPick up and drop off was very difficult. Took over 30mins to do both. Onsite staff had no idea how to assist. A representative had to come assist - he was great. When I returned the vehicle my initial receipt miscalculated the mileage and overcharged me. That issue was resolved by a very helpful woman. She was efficient and understanding. However the whole experience was unpleasant. I will not use an automated service or third party vendor ever again nor will I recommend to anyone. The process doesn't save time or money.
