The girl who was renting the truck was beyond incompetent. I went to the incorrect location and the called and checked for me. My reservation was in the system. In the 15 minutes it took to travel there my reservation was cancelled. The girl couldn’t work the software to get my drivers license photo uploaded, or my credit card. After half hour of this ton foolery, the lady said to call customer service and left. SERIOUSLY?????? Neither one of the other two knew how to do this job. Then, my truck’s brakes needed rotor service badly. It shook like a paint shaker when I applied the brakes at speed. Mind you, I had to travel over 4 mountain ranges. Also the headlights were terrible and unsafe. I couldn’t see 20 feet in front of me. At 70, on a mountain road. Third, I thought the truck would have a ramp, and there was no ramp.

Had issues accessing and getting the key. The key was not in the lockbox and still in the drop off box. Also I was charged for a dolly that wasn’t in the truck. Overall a terribly inefficient and painful experience.
