This is a gas station/convenience store. There was no help at checking in Vehicle other than a question of: did you take pictures in the app? And a dismissive toss of the U-Haul key to what i believe was the office area behind counter when handed in. This site is not set up to be a U-Haul drop off location. I have pictures and video of the truck when dropped off so at least I have that to back up my rental of the vehicle.

Vickie MHave gas in the truck! It was completely empty and the gas light was on. Clean out the cab! Garbage left in it from previous user. Clean out the back of the truck. Full of dirt and debris. Had to sweep it out ourselves before loading. Teach the store how to check out trucks. I originally rented from a U-Haul location because I didn’t want to deal with a satellite location not know what they’d doing. U-Haul assured me the process would be seamless. It couldn’t have been worse. Ended up taking over 30-min to get the truck and then had to deal with the gas and cleanliness issue. Absolutely terrible experience!
Paul FCould have been cleaner. Sort in the box area needed blown out and same for floor mat. Open the doors and blow it out.
JOHN VThe girl who was renting the truck was beyond incompetent. I went to the incorrect location and the called and checked for me. My reservation was in the system. In the 15 minutes it took to travel there my reservation was cancelled. The girl couldn’t work the software to get my drivers license photo uploaded, or my credit card. After half hour of this ton foolery, the lady said to call customer service and left. SERIOUSLY?????? Neither one of the other two knew how to do this job. Then, my truck’s brakes needed rotor service badly. It shook like a paint shaker when I applied the brakes at speed. Mind you, I had to travel over 4 mountain ranges. Also the headlights were terrible and unsafe. I couldn’t see 20 feet in front of me. At 70, on a mountain road. Third, I thought the truck would have a ramp, and there was no ramp.
Kacy AHad issues accessing and getting the key. The key was not in the lockbox and still in the drop off box. Also I was charged for a dolly that wasn’t in the truck. Overall a terribly inefficient and painful experience.
